★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo museo! consigliato. Trovato personale molto gentile,professionale , attenta,disponibile . Museo pulito e ben organizzato. Ho apprezzato anche il soffitto in legno oltre agli oggetti e scritti esposti. Tornerei a visitarlo. In poco tempo lo si visita.
Beautiful museum! recommended. Found very kind, professional, attentive, helpful staff. Clean and well organized museum. I also appreciated the wooden ceiling as well as the objects and writings on display. I would go back to visit it. In a short time you can visit it.

Menzione speciale all'arte longobarda presente nella prima sala nella quale si trova il bellissimo Altare di Rachtis con non poche spiegazioni e altre lastre di opera dei longobardi. Bellissimi anche gli oggetti presenti nelle altre sale (un po' meno la sala con i quadri)

Small but well stocked. Special mention to the Lombard art present in the first room where the beautiful Altar of Rachtis is located with not a few explanations and other slabs of work by the Lombards. The objects in the other rooms are also beautiful (a little less the room with the paintings)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il museo è fondamentale perché conserva opere imperdibili dell'arte longobarda: l'altare di Ratchis, con un allestimento multimediale unico in Italia che restituisce i colori originari (l'altare era policromo), e la fonte battesimale, straordinaria per la struttura architettonica e i bassorilievi eccezionali. È singolare che un museo di tale importanza sia aperto solo venerdì sabato e domenica. Dovrebbe essere aperto tutti i giorni, al limite su prenotazione. L'addetta che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima ad aprirci nonostante fosse un martedì.
The museum is fundamental because it preserves unmissable works of Lombard art: the Ratchis altar, with a multimedia exhibition unique in Italy that returns the original colors (the altar was polychrome), and the baptismal font, extraordinary for its architectural structure and exceptional bas-reliefs. It is singular that a museum of such importance is only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It should be open every day, at most by reservation. The assistant who welcomed us was very kind to open us even though it was a Tuesday.

Fundamental museum for the history of Lombard Italy. The holographic projection of the reconstruction of the colors of the Rachis altar is beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo piccolo museo è stata una piacevole scoperta! Una realtà piccola ma ricchissima dal punto di vista del valore delle opere presenti…una visita a Cividale, secondo me, non può prescindere dalla visita di questo gioiellino…considerato poi il costo contenuto del biglietto !
This little museum was a pleasant discovery! A small but very rich reality from the point of view of the value of the works present ... a visit to Cividale, in my opinion, cannot ignore the visit of this gem ... then considering the low cost of the ticket!
