The multimedia exhibition of this museum is fascinating ... 3 hours of visit with children intrigued and enchanted by the passion that the museum guides have been able to transpose ... on the external settlement and on the inside of the LAVINIUM. Molto belle le antiche sculture in terracotta! A great little museum dedicated to Lavinium and the landing of Aeneas! Really interesting and very suitable for children and teenagers. The ancient terracotta sculptures are very beautiful!

Si parla del periodo che va dallo sbarco di Enea fino alla fondazione di Roma stessa. Il museo è molto coinvolgente per la presenza di molti reperti originali della zona con spiegazioni multimediali in più sale. Molto competenti e disponibili a rispondere alle domande le guide del museo. Il museo dispone anche di un parcheggio interno abbastanza ampio, tale da ospitare circa una quindicina di automobili. Vale anche molto la pena di compiere la visita al Heroon e le are di Enea, che si trovano in un'area archeologica poco distante e molto più ricca di quanto si possa immaginare. Complimenti per le spiegazioni! Torneremo sicuramente a rivedere il luogo. Small but extremely interesting museum that deserves to be known by more people. There is talk of the period from the landing of Aeneas to the foundation of Rome itself. The museum is very engaging due to the presence of many original finds from the area with multimedia explanations in several rooms. The museum guides are very competent and willing to answer questions. The museum also has a fairly large internal car park, capable of accommodating about fifteen cars. It is also very worthwhile to make a visit to the Heroon and the Ares of Aeneas, which are located in an archaeological area not far away and much richer than you can imagine. Congratulations for the explanations! We will definitely come back to review the place.

Was really impressed and want to come back to see the archaeological site it's self, as unfortunately its the usual case of book and guide for that bit.
