★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di tutto è inconcepibile che un comune apra alle 9.00. Le persone alle 9.00 sono già al lavoro e non devono prendere un permesso per recarsi in comune. Aggiungo a questo che sarebbe il caso di aggiornarsi e di fornire la nuova carta di identità. Quella di a libro non si può più guardare... ma possibile che nel 2017 le modalità debbano essere diverse tra un comune e un altro? Come sempre W l'Italia!
First of all it is inconceivable that a municipality opens at 9.00. People at 9.00 are already at work and do not have to take a permit to go to the community. Add to this that it would be appropriate to update and provide the new identity card. That of a book can no longer be looked at ... but is it possible that in 2017 the modalities must be different between one municipality and another? As always W Italy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina non ho potuto fare la carta d'identità elettronica in quanto serve la fototessera in formato cartaceo(io l'ho portata digitale su una chiavetta come è scritto anche sul sito del ministero dell'interno) che dovà poi essere scansionata e riportata in digitale! Imbarazzante... Mi toccherà perdere un'altra mattinata a patto di non arrivare durante la lunghissima pausa caffè ?
This morning I could not make an electronic identity card as you need the passport photo in paper format (I brought it digital on a key as it is also written on the website of the Ministry of the Interior) which must then be scanned and reported digitally ! Embarrassing ... I'll have to lose another morning as long as I don't arrive during the very long coffee break ?
