★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo arrivati in anticipo e non c'era nessuno. Impiegata cortese e disponibile. Però il moduli lo abbiamo dovuto compilare noi. In 10 minuti tutto finito. Siamo usciti e non c'era nessuno ad aspettare. Quando avevo telefonato volevano fissare l'appuntamento a domani perché oggi (secondo loro) era tutto occupato! Boh!!!!
We arrived early and nobody was there. Courteous and helpful employee. But we had to fill in the form ourselves. In 10 minutes all over. We went out and there was no one waiting. When I phoned they wanted to make an appointment for tomorrow because today (according to them) everything was busy! Boh !!!!
