Altri operatori sono invece più disponibili e gentili. As a customer, I called for general information regarding a wire transfer and received a very rude response from the operator. Other operators are more helpful and kind.

Giudizio complessivo: inclassificabile! Mi dispiace perché con alcuni cassieri mi trovavo bene, ma ci sono altre banche e con una disponibilità diversa. Mai stato trattato così... Voi siete pagati per questo!!!!! Perciò vergognatevi per la maleducazione con la quale mia madre è stata trattata!!!!!!!! Visto che le è stato risposto più volte che di questi tempi bisogna imparare a fare tutto, ecco io consiglio a questa persona (donna) di imparare a trattare con le persone anziane ed imparare ad avere rispetto delle persone. Altro consiglio spassionato, forse il suo posto è a raccogliere patate in campo sperduto nel nulla!!!!!!!! Vergogna!!!!!!! Dopo aver telefonato sia al cellulare assegnato al dipendente che non ha potuto rispondere sia al centralino per aver risposta dopo una mezz’ora ho potuto ottenere un appuntamento dopo una settimana. È questa l’amministrazione del mio patrimonio? Meglio riportarmi a casa tutto! Un vero decadimento di una banca di tutta una vita! Access is only by appointment.
