Nel 2021 ho ordinato 3 porte che mi hanno montato di cui UNA era visibilmente rovinata (si vede benissimo nella foto). ho fatto notare il difetto alla persona addetta al montaggio prima che questa venisse montata, il quale mi aveva assicurato che avrebbero ordinato un'atra porta in sostituzione di quella rovinata. Io e mia moglie abbiamo atteso qualche mese, dopo di che mia moglie si è recata in negozio per chiedere a che punto fosse la porta da sostituire. la loro risposta è stata: che erano in attesa di un kit per riparare il difetto. quindi la porta non sarebbe stata sostituita. "Già questo fa capire la loro serietà verso i clienti" il nostro errore è stato PAGARGLI tutto finito i lavori. SIAMO A MAGGIO 2022 E NON SI SONO FATTI ANCORA SENTIRE E TANTO MENO VEDERE. In 2021 I ordered 3 doors which they mounted on me, ONE of which was visibly damaged (you can see it very well in the photo). I pointed out the defect to the person in charge of the assembly before it was assembled, who assured me that they would order another door to replace the damaged one. My wife and I waited a few months, after which my wife went to the shop to ask where the door was to be replaced. their response was that they were waiting for a kit to fix the defect. therefore the door would not be replaced. "This already makes us understand their seriousness towards customers" our mistake was PAYING them all when the work was finished. WE ARE IN MAY 2022 AND THEY HAVE NOT YET TO HEAR AND MUCH LESS TO SEE. I highly recommend avoiding this shop.
