V	Valentina B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo l'opzione 0 stelle non è contemplata altrimenti sarebbe questo il mio voto, vivo a campi Bisenzio da quando sono nata e ho sempre notato la disorganizzazione del mio comune in tutti questi anni...ma non credevo che si potesse arrivare a tanto, domenica 05/06/16 mi sono sposata nel parco di Villa Montalvo ma l'ufficiale che doveva assistere il delegato del comune non si è presentato, le sedie che avevamo richiesto per i testimoni non erano abbastanza e inoltre il custode si è pure lamentato perchè ci stavamo mettendo troppo a fare le foto e le signore anziane presenti non liberavano le sedie, tanto che la nonna 93enne dello sposo si è dovuta andare a sedere in macchina!!! Il giorno dopo quando ho consegnato i fogli firmati al comune si sono risentiti perchè li avevo presi io...ma se l'addetto non si è presentato cosa dovevo fare?! lasciarli nel parco e sperare che non li rubasse nessuno?! Fortunatamente una mia parente lavora per il comune di Firenze e ci ha dato una mano con i fogli e nel caso serva può testimoniare che tutto si è svolto regolarmente....Siamo abituati a perdere la pazienza e mezze giornate di lavoro quando si ha a che fare con voi..ma che non riusciate nemmeno a organizzare in modo decente una cerimonia di mezz'ora per un matrimonio E' VERGONOSO!!!!! Unfortunately the 0 star option is not contemplated otherwise this would be my vote, I have lived in Campi Bisenzio since I was born and I have always noticed the disorganization of my common in all these years ... but I didn't believe that it could go that far, sunday 05/06/16 I got married in the park of Villa Montalvo but the officer who was supposed to assist the delegate of the municipality did not show up, the chairs we had requested for the witnesses were not enough and the guardian also complained because we were taking too long to take pictures and the old ladies present were not freeing the chairs, so that the groom's 93-year-old grandmother had to go and sit in the car !!! The next day when I delivered the signed papers to the municipality they resented me because I had taken them ... but if the attendant didn't show up what should I do ?! leave them in the park and hope that nobody stole them ?! Fortunately, a relative of mine works for the municipality of Florence and has given us a hand with the papers and in case she serves, she can testify that everything happened regularly ... We are used to losing patience and half days of work when you have to what to do with you..but you can't even organize a half-hour ceremony for a wedding in a decent way E 'VERGONOSO !!!!!

A	Anna Kozlovskaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definire assurdo sarebbe un complimento, che questa persona con gli occhiali ti accolga con un'arroganza e voglia di fare il proprio lavoro come se ti facesse un piacere, il signorino forse non ha capito bene il ruolo che ricopre, e a mio parere non ha né competenze né tantomeno voglia di fare quello per cui viene pagato, sbuffa a qualsiasi domanda gli viene fatta e rimanda di giorno in giorno senza concretizzare nulla. Solo buono a far perdere tempo e soldi alle persone che hanno bisogno e a volte urgenza. Questo è ciò che riflette. Defining absurd would be a compliment, that this person with glasses welcomes you with an arrogance and desire to do his job as if he were doing you a favor, the young gentleman may not have understood the role he holds, and in my opinion he has neither skills nor even the desire to do what he is paid for, he snorts at any question he is asked and postpones from day to day without concretizing anything. Only good at wasting time and money on people in need and sometimes urgency. This is what it reflects.

A	Alessio Piazzini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non riesco a capire il motivo per cui l'assessore ha deciso di spostare e allungare il mercato forse per fare definitivamente impoverire gli ambulanti che come l'assessore hanno da famiglia da sfamare . Io non sono un ambiente ma basta fare un giro ci si rende conto che è stato un errore imperdonabile di quello che ha deciso lo spostanto .per il covid non cambia niente .. I can't understand why the councilor decided to move and lengthen the market, perhaps to permanently impoverish the street vendors who, like the councilor, have families to feed. I am not an environment but just taking a tour you realize that it was an unforgivable mistake of what decided the move. For the covid nothing changes ..
G	Giuliano Presti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo smarrito il portafoglio con tutti i documenti e mi hanno detto che con il documento provisorio avrei potuto accedere all'App per chiedere il BONUS vacanze ma non mi hanno nemmeno indicato il codice che avrei dovuto usare,insomma per me sono stati poco professionali. Non rispondano quasi mai al telefono, 1 volta su 5 chiamate mi hanno risposto, oggi su 10 chiamate nemmeno 1 in mezz'ora . Ora dovrò aspettare vari giorni e chissà se riuscirò ad andare in vacanza. I had lost my wallet with all the documents and they told me that with the provisional document I could access the App to ask for the holiday BONUS but they didn't even indicate the code I should have used, in short, for me they were unprofessional. They almost never answer the phone, 1 time out of 5 calls they answered me, today out of 10 calls not even 1 in half an hour.
