S	Sa Ke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venire a multare solo quando vi fa comodo... di giorno e di notte ci sono macchine parcheggiate in piazza ballerini in divieto di sosta ben evidente tutta la notte e tutto il giorno ed anche durante la pulizia della strada. Gente che parcheggia al posto dei motorini, e nel posto dei disabili senza l apposito cartellino. Chiamato più volte in quanto in via po ( strada sterrata) parcheggiano le macchine in fila lungo il divieto di sosta non permettendo anche a macchine più piccole di passare, mi è sempre stato risposto che vi è impossibile passare per prendere provvedimenti... e se di la dovesse passare un ambulanza in emergenza?????.... molte volte mi hanno parcheggiato dietro la macchina sono incinta di 8 mesi e mi avete risposto di aver pazienza! Ho dovuto aspettare 45 minuti il tizio dell auto... e mi fate una multa perché ho lasciato la macchina in piazza frà ristoro con apposito cartellino ztl ( con cui si può sostare 15/20 minuti)perché dovevo scaricare la spesa e non avete neanche usato il fischietto per avvisare prima di scrivere la multa!!! Spero leggiate la recensione. Io la multa la pago ma voi cercate di essere più onesti!!! A	Alessandro Meoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stata fatta una multa ieri 27/03/19 alla ore 16.02 in via Saliscendi 6 perché avevo le ruote 5 cm sul marciapiede nel tempo che ero scesa di macchina per prendere mia madre che è su una sedia a rotelle perché portatrice di handicap . Ho messo la macchina con le ruote sul marciapiede volutamente per agevolare la salita in macchina della mamma, ero davanti al passo carrabile della sua abitazione, quindi bastava fare un fischio di avviso prima di fare la multa. Se poi volete far cassa perché non venite la sera quando c'è la discoteca Glase globe aperta che le macchine sono parcheggiate in ogni dove(davanti ai cassonetti, passi carrabili, fermata autobus strisce pedonali ecc.ecc..sempre in via Saliscendi. Io la multa la pago da bravo cittadino ma anche voi non fate il vostro mestiere con la benda sugli occhi. M	Marco Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In via Cimabue angolo via Sanzio il 08/01/2022 mi hanno fatto una multa per parcheggio art.158f in corrispondenza dell'intersezione stradale il quale recita: 'nei centri abitati, in corrispondenza delle aree di intersezione e in corrispondenza delle stesse a meno di 5mt dal PROLUNGAMENTO DEL BORDO PIÙ VICINO DELLA CARREGGIATA TRASVERSALE, salvo diversa segnalazione' (il maiuscolo è mio). La carreggiata è la somma delle corsie di marcia , escluso parcheggi e marciapiedi, che in questo caso è una in senso unico da destra.Il prolungamento della carreggiata è, nella foto, in rosso e i metri dalla vettura in giallo i quali sono sicuramente più di 5mt tenendo conto che c'è un parcheggio a lisca di pesce. La linea stop non fa parte della 'diversa segnalazione' (che sono le delimitazione di parcheggio bianche o azzurre). In più c'è anche uno specchio per incroci, in azzurro nella foto, proprio per la distanza fra stop e carreggiata trasversale causa parcheggio. La multa l'ho pagata perché mi costa meno delle giornate di lavoro perse dal giudice di pace, ma comunque andrò di persona per fare almeno le mie rimostranze e dire a chi di dovere di istruire meglio i suoi colleghi della differenza fra strada e carreggiata.
