Stamattina mi trovavo al comune per il ritiro di alcuni documenti, dopo un attesa di un'ora e un quarto ci comunicano che una "fatidica" ordinanza non permetteva al pubblico di entrare in comune in quanto ZONA ROSSA.
Mi domando, ma della zona rossa non si sapeva già da qualche giorno? Che motivo c'era di farci attendere per un'ora ed un quarto per avere esito negativo?
A quel punto sono andato via con il disapprovo anche di altre persone e sapere di aver fatto tardi a lavoro per una gestione cattiva!!!
Da migliorare assolutamente!!!
BAD ORGANIZATION.
This morning I was at the municipality to collect some documents, after a wait of an hour and a quarter they tell us that a "fateful" ordinance did not allow the public to enter the municipality as the RED ZONE.
I wonder, hasn't we already known about the red zone for a few days? What reason was there to make us wait for an hour and a quarter to fail?
At that point I went away with the disapproval of other people and knowing that I was late for work due to bad management !!!
Absolutely to improve !!!
