L	Luigi Delle Donne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprio non riesco a capire il motivo per il quale dietro una esplicita richiesta di intervento per situazioni d'emergenza mi venga data sempre la stessa risposta: "...spiacenti, non è di nostra competenza...". Lo scorso anno, il 10 luglio, un incidente stradale a poca distanza dalla sede dei vigili con intervento del 118 e trasporto in ps del malcapitato e richiesta d'intervento. La risposta? "...non è possibile...chiami la polizia stradale ..." Alla fine non è venuto proprio nessuno. Ieri ancora una volta: richiesta d'intervento per problemi inerenti a rumori e danni per lavori di ristrutturazione in un condominio (senza cartelli e/o avvisi pubblici come prevede la legge). La risposta? "...non è di nostra competenza...parli con l'amministratore..." L'amministratore ne sapeva meno di me. Alla fine e per fortuna sono intervenuti i veri eroi di questo nostro sfortunato paese: i vigili del fuoco. Hanno gestito la telefonata in modo professionale garantendo il loro intervento nel più breve tempo possibile. Grazie vigili, del fuoco però!!! Last year, on July 10, a road accident not far from the headquarters of the brigade with the intervention of the 118 and transport of the victim to the psychiatric hospital and request for intervention. In the end, and fortunately, the real heroes of this unfortunate country of ours intervened: the firefighters. They handled the call professionally, ensuring their intervention as soon as possible. Thanks, firefighters though !!!

I miei soldi questa volta ve li siete presi, ma alla prossima parte una bella denuncia! Mandata lamentela (via PEC, perché poverini non accettano telefonate) sul rumore e gli orari di attività di un cantiere, ancora aspetto che passino a controllare. Nel frattempo il cantiere dopo 2 mesi ha finito. Sadly they confirm the cliché about the inefficiency of the public in Italy. Chiedo spiegazioni : risposte molto vaghe, senza logica, con molta presunzione. Mi chiedo quali siano i criteri per assumere personale presso una Sezione così importante dell' amministrazione comunale. A real shame.
