Stefano ha saputo ascoltare le nostre esigenze ed ha accomunato nel migliore dei modi l'esigenza di gaming di mio figlio con la mia esigenza di genitore per farlo seguire le lezioni on line. Stefano è stato attento ai particolari. Mio figlio è stato stupito ed entusiasta del PC ed io soddisfatta. Me lo ha ordinato e preparato in tempi record, in 36h dalla prima telefonata avevo a casa il Pc già configurato e pronto per essere acceso, come da me richiesto visto che avevo il terrore di dover configurare un PC da zero. Ho potuto solo inserire le spine ed il PC era perfetto. Il prezzo è superonesto. Non credo sarei riuscita a spendere meno su amazon con le caratteristiche acquistate, ma non avrei avuto una persona competente al mio fianco che ascoltava le mie esigenze e le soddisfava al meglio e con sicurezza. Mi ha installato anche un programma per l'assistenza da remoto nel caso avessi avuto problemi a casa e si è preoccupato di sincerarsi che fossi riuscita a collegare e far funzionare tutto. Piccole accortezze che coccolano il cliente. Bravo Stefano. Ottimo lavoro. I ordered a PC + monitor + wecam for my son by telephone because we were in trust quarantine. He ordered and prepared it for me in record time, in 36h from the first phone call I had the PC already configured and ready to be turned on at home, as requested by me since I was terrified of having to configure a PC from scratch. I could only plug it in and the PC was perfect. The price is super honest. I don't think I would have been able to spend less on amazon with the purchased features, but I would not have had a competent person by my side who listened to my needs and satisfied them better and with confidence. He also installed a remote assistance program for me in case I had problems at home and took care to make sure I could get everything connected and working.
