Abbiamo acquistato una T-cross NUOVA qualche mese fa , alla consegna la macchina si presentava sporca ,con qualche graffio e senza benzina .
In un secondo momento portiamo la macchina per lucidarla e c’è la riconsegnano gocciolante da autolavaggio ( senza averla lucidata ) .
Non voglio aggiungere altro .
Acquisterò l’altra macchina che mi serve altrove . Una stella è già un regalo a mio avviso ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La stella è per le prese in giro che ho avuto. Avevo il dubbio che se l'auto non l'hai acquistata da loro sei trattato con superficialità ora ne sono sicuro. Sono stato lì ben 2 volte in un mese per un rumore nella parte anteriore. La seconda volta non hanno nemmeno approfondito la cosa riconsegnandomela dopo appena 3 ore. A loro dire sono intervenuti addirittura con della vasellina facendomi visionare un foglio che di più non erano autorizzati a fare dalla casa madre. Oggi ritirato l'auto da un'altra concessionaria VW sostituito il pezzo,auto come nuova. E mi è stato detto che la casa madre era al corrente del difetto dopo varie segnalazioni da altri aquirenti. Continuo a comprarla altrove l'auto
 The star is the teasing I had. I suspect that if the car you have not purchased from them're treated lightly now I'm sure. I was there 2 times in a month for a noise in the front. The second time you do not even deepened it riconsegnandomela after just three hours. They say even intervened with Vaseline making me see a sheet that more were not allowed to do by the parent. Today withdraw the car from another VW dealership replaced the piece, as a new car. And I was told that the parent company was at fault current after various reports from other buyer's. I still buy the car elsewhere

Chiamo: praticamente impossibile parlare con un essere umano. La voce registrata dice di prendere appuntamento dal sito web. Ricevo risposta via email il 2 maggio: "Potrebbe andarle bene il 31 maggio?"
Un mese di attesa per un tagliando?????
Chiamo un'altra concessionaria Volkswagen: risponde subito l'officina: "Settimana prossima le va bene?"... Problema risolto - altrove - e in meno di un minuto.
I have to get my car serviced.
I call: practically impossible to talk to a human being. The recorded voice says to make an appointment from the website. I get an email reply on May 2: "Could it be okay on May 31?"
A month of waiting for a coupon ?????
I call another Volkswagen dealership: the workshop immediately answers: "Are you okay with next week?" ... Problem solved - elsewhere - and in less than a minute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality, Professionalism, Support, Efficiency: if i need to look 4 words to describe the experience and this place, i would like to use these 4.
I brought there my Company Car, that was not purchased there, but through a third Party. It was the first time that I was going there, even if the Renting Company, was suggesting different alternatives and solutions.
My thinking is that only the Original Manufacturer of the Car, know it in the best way, therefore instead of going to a multi brand service point, I decided to drive my car there for the maintenance. Is the same habit that I use also with my private owned car.
I was able to get the meeting in 2 weeks, I receive a kind SMS to remind me the meeting the day before, I drop my car at the scheduled time 07.30 am, I made the check in 5 minutes and I received a call, when the car was ready.
The return of the car has been quick but also, was explained in all the details all the interventions, checks and maintenances made, with also, really appreciated a list of “next steps” and suggestions.
Few words regarding the location, I think that is modern, efficient and in the same place, but 2 different halls, there are VW and Skoda Car.
I really recommend this place for maintenance, suggestions, but also for purchasing VW and Skoda Cars, because if courtesy is the same of the After Sales, you will not be negatively surprised.
