 I have installed 7 sunshades and relative mosquito nets. Very satisfied. Competent and kind people. Excellent materials. I highly recommend. They also helped me with Enea practices for tax deductions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una pergola e devo dire che il prodotto è sopra ogni aspettativa.
L'azienda è ottima in tutto, dal servizio pre-vendita al post-vendita.
Sono molto professionali, ascoltano tutte le esigenze del Cliente e vengono incontro, dove possibile, per aiutare nella scelta e nei pagamenti.
Si appoggiano a ditte per la produzione che sono al top di gamma ma comunque hanno prezzi più che onesti.
Il loro è stato il preventivo migliore in rapporto qualità prezzo e oltretutto il preventivo è comunque modificale in diversi dettagli a scelta del Cliente.
Adesso che la pergola è stata installata, come sopra, non potevo chiedere di meglio.
Ottima in tutto, la struttura, il design, il telo, la motorizzazione ecc...

I purchased a pergola and I must say that the product is above all expectations.
The company is excellent in everything from pre-sales to after-sales service.
They are very professional, they listen to all the customer's needs and come to meet, where possible, to help in the choice and in the payments.
They rely on companies for the production that are at the top of the range but still have more than fair prices.
Theirs was the best estimate in relation to the price / quality ratio and, moreover, the estimate is in any case modified in various details chosen by the customer.
Now that the pergola has been installed, as above, I couldn't ask for anything better.
Excellent in everything, the structure, the design, the sheet, the motorization etc ...

Enrico Martin, pur presentandosi bene e dando buona impressione e professionalità, si è rivelato un gran maleducato, non ha saputo accogliere ed ascoltare il malcontento del cliente che si è visto arrivare una tenda di circa 7 metri divisa a metà pur avendo esplicitamente richiesto un telo unico, ha mandato la squadra per il montaggio (ragazzi di una ditta esterna meravigliosi) senza avvisarli che avrebbero dovuto togliere una tenda da sole vecchia, creando imbarazzo e nervosismi! È stato veramente imbarazzante e pessima la reazione e le risposte ricevute al telefono da codesto Signore! Una vergogna che ci porterà in un'altra direzione per le altre tende da sole. Ovviamente non si è più fatto sentire, zero professionalità, il cliente va ascoltato, capito e magari anche si prova ad andarci incontro, invece ci ha portati all'esasperazione totale, bastava così poco, magari semplicemente recandosi sul posto o mostrare interesse...l'unico interesse l'ha mostrato per i soldi,e ciaone!!! Mr. Enrico Martin, while presenting himself well and giving a good impression and professionalism, proved to be very rude, he was unable to welcome and listen to the discontent of the customer who saw a curtain of about 7 meters divided in half arrive despite having explicitly requested a single sheet, he sent the assembly team (wonderful guys from an external company) without warning them that they would have to remove an old awning, creating embarrassment and nervousness! It was really embarrassing and very bad the reaction and the answers received on the phone from this Lord! A shame that will take us in another direction for the other awnings. Obviously he no longer made himself heard, zero professionalism, the customer must be listened to, understood and maybe even tried to go to meet him, instead he led us to total exasperation, so little was enough, perhaps simply by going to the place or showing interest ... the only interest he showed for the money, and hello !!! Incompetent from first to last. I find myself having an awning and mosquito nets that have given problems a few months after installation. Useless after-sales assistance. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installata una tenda da 4x3 metri i primi di settembre. Bellissimo prodotto. Tempi di consegna rispettati. Per il momento non ci sono problemi. Serietà, professionalità e puntualità anche da chi è venuto a montarla.
E grazie anche, perché con la cessione del credito e lo sconto in fattura, abbiamo avuto l'agevolazione da subito anziché in 10 anni.

Set up a 4x3 meter tent in early September. Beautiful product. Delivery times respected. For the moment there are no problems. Reliability, professionalism and punctuality even from those who came to mount it.
And thanks also, because with the credit transfer and the discount on the invoice, we had the benefit immediately instead of in 10 years.
