Il proprietario attuale è il figlio dell'ultimo mugnaio della frazione, che cerca di mantenere viva la memoria del luogo con la narrazione di tecniche e curiosità vissute in prima persona. All'interno del locale, oltre alle pietre utilizzate per la macina ed ai loro ingranaggi, è protagonista anche una colonna di mattoni curvi risalente al Quattrocento. Al piano superiore, per rifocillare gli ospiti, la moglie del proprietario ha allestito un buffet dolce e salato con prodotti della terra, a km zero e pure meno, con la possibilità di acquistare e godere da casa delle marmellate, salsine e conserve che accompagnavano i vassoi di leccornie. Lo spazio è a disposizione per feste ed eventi privati, per chi ama gli ambienti rustici e immersi nella tranquillità. On the upper floor, to refresh guests, the owner's wife has set up a sweet and savory buffet with products from the land, at zero km and less, with the possibility of buying and enjoying jams, sauces and preserves that accompanied the house. Trays of treats. The space is available for private parties and events, for those who love rustic environments and are immersed in tranquility.
