★ ★ ★ ★ ★ era uno dei mulini storici di Palazzo sul Fenella, Conosciuto fin dal 1500 ma più antico nel 1600 diviene proprietà del Vescovo di Palazzo Giosafat Battistelli, nell'800 diviene di proprietà di Aldebrando Quagliani per essere trasformato ade elettricità una cinquantina di anni fa ma non rendedo più e dovendo far fronte ai debiti l'ultimo molinaro si suicidò dalla disperazione e il mulino divenne rudere ma ha ancora molti dei suoi macchinari. l'ultimo proprietario Gini Sgreccia lo trasformò a corrente elettrica ma la crisi economica non gli permise di recuperare le spese. il Mulino venne abbandonato. fu una storia triste.
 was one of the historic mills of Palazzo sul Fenella, Known since 1500 but older in 1600 it became the property of the Bishop of Palazzo Giosafat Battistelli, in 800 it became the property of Aldebrando Quagliani to be transformed into electricity about fifty years ago but not made more and having to face the debts the last molinaro committed suicide from desperation and the mill became a ruin but still has many of its machinery. the last owner Gini Sgreccia converted it to electricity but the economic crisis did not allow him to recover the expenses. the mill was abandoned. it was a sad story.
