Secondo perché dopo aver fatto il bonifico di poco meno di 70 euro, ripeto soli 70 euro, abbiamo aspettato ed aspettato, poi mio marito ha chiamato, gli è stato risposto che avevano l'ordine pronto lì, ed aspettavano il nostro bonifico! Mio marito esterrefatto ha risposto che lo avevamo fatto. Gli hanno chiesto una verifica, che prontamente ha dimostrato la sua ragione! Nel frattempo passavano i giorni..... Poi lo hanno ricontattato scusandosi, che avevano trovato il nostro bonifico alla loro banca e che, per farsi perdonare, ci avrebbero spedito un omaggio! Beh, dopo tutto il tempo atteso ci ha stupito (in senso positivo!) una cosa del genere! Terzo perché dopo circa un mese finalmente è arrivato il nostro ordine, ma la sorpresa è stata non trovare niente di ciò che ci era stato promesso telefonicamente! Ho provato quasi tutte le farine che stanno sull'e-commerce, per pani, pizze e vari tipi di dolci (colombe e panettone inclusi) e sono rimasto assolutamente soddisfatto, sia per i sapori dei grani, che per la qualità degli impasti. Il tutto lavorato con LM ovviamente. Tuttavia la sezione shop potrebbe essere migliorata: sul catalogo compaiono più tipologie di quelle disponibili sullo shop. E per alcune qualità ci sono disponibili solo sacchi da 5 kg. TOP flours !!! L’accredito è andato a buon fine, però sul sito del Molino risulta “ Fallito “. Ho telefonato una volta e mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero richiamato, e non si è fatto sentire nessuno. Ho richiamato una seconda volta e mi hanno detto di inviare il numero d’ordine. In più ho aggiunto la copia dell’avvenuto pagamento. Ancora non so nulla. Io sono convinto e stra convinto che Molino Mariani sia un’eccellenza nel campo molitorio. Hanno delle farine eccezionali. Però si perdono su queste piccole cose, e non va bene così. Aspetto un’altra settimana, poi la farina ordinata se la possono pure tenere. Non è per i venti euro che ho speso, ma è un fatto di correttezza nei confronti di un nuovo cliente… No n va bene, non va proprio bene come vi state comportando.
