a pietra della nostra regione. Il grano è della nostra zona. Il mugnaio è giovane e va incoraggiato. Le farine sono ottime ; farina tipo 2, integrale, grano saraceno, rimacinata di semola di grano duro, farina di polenta. Gentilezza, igiene, ambiente naturale, incorniciano il tutto.
