This small mill, the second of the three existing mills here in Novara di Sicilia, is truly a special place because it recalls the old traditions but with really efficient systems for the time.

Il proprietario è incredibilmente gentile e fa fare un giro turistico della struttura spiegando nel dettaglio il funzionamento del mulino. È possibile anche acquistare diversi tipi di farine molite sul posto. Consigliatissimo a tutti. Little gem hidden in the heart of Sicily.
