★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Dicendo che il perno del cerchione era rotto e non si poteva riparare, mi ha cambiato tutto (cerchione, camera d'aria, copertone), con una spesa ingente. Cerchione riparato da un altro meccanico onesto per pochi euri. Ladro e scorretto. Non ci tornerò più.

1. Lei ha dato come unica opzione quella che invece era una possibilità; ha scartato infatti come impossibile la riparazione del cerchione. Di qui il suo comportamento a mio avviso scorretto.
2. Sono d’accordo con lei che la sicurezza sia fondamentale. Ma il lavoro che lei giudicava impossibile è stato da un altro eseguito a regola d’arte e in totale sicurezza.
Non si nasconda dietro poco credibili premure. C’erano due opzioni. Riparare, con tempi più lunghi e costi ridotti; oppure sostituire tutto con un pezzo nuovo, in modo più veloce e più remunerativo (per le sue tasche, ma non certo per le mie).
Gentile signore, sono tempi difficili per tutti. Ma sono certa che la correttezza e la bravura alla lunga premino: le persone non sono così sprovvedute come forse lei crede. Temo che con la sua politica perderà molti clienti.

Do not hide behind little credible concern. There were two options. Repair, with longer times and reduced costs; or replace everything with a new piece, in a faster and more profitable way (for his pockets, but certainly not for mine).
Dear sir, these are difficult times for everyone. But I am sure that fairness and skill pay off in the long run: people are not as naïve as you may think. I fear that with his policy he will lose many customers.

Pagato 45€ per il montaggio di una bici nuova portata da me in negozio e come se non bastasse mi ha mandato pure a buttare il cartone sostenendo che lui non poteva tenerlo in negozio. Padova è piena di meccanici gentili competenti e onesti, MR BIKE assolutamente sconsigliato. Andate altrove
