Abbiamo parcheggiato e ci siamo recati per ritirare liquidità presso un altro luogo ,con l intenzione di lasciare la macchina parcheggiata lì per cinque minuti..per poi tornare....un loro dipendente è uscito urlando che non potevamo parcheggiare lì l automobile perché non eravamo clienti..prima di giudicare aspettate...perché poi passa la voglia di aprire il conto.. La trovo questa filiale indegna del Gruppo Chebanca, per poca professionalità e atteggiamento per il correntista (non posso referire al tutto lo staff, ma mi è bastato il giovane "private banker" e la Direttrice..).. In generale voglio dire che il sistema informativo e la capacità di comunicazione di questa filiale trovo insoddisfacenti. Sono gestito da altre due banche, dove noto un alto livelo di professionalità e soprotutto l'attenzione, sono contento e soddisfatto... ..I am very happy to have closed my current account at this branch in via Gattamelata last year. I find this branch unworthy of the Chebanca Group, due to lack of professionalism and attitude towards the account holder (I cannot refer to all the staff, but the young "private banker" and the Director was enough for me ..) .. In general I want to say that the information system and communication capacity of this branch I find unsatisfactory. Sono stata trattata con certa arroganza e alla fine non ho avuto il servizio che cercavo. Mi rivolgero’ ad un'altra agenzia sperando che il servizio sia piu’ decente.
