Sono stata dapprima io sua paziente e poi mia figli dall'età di 6 mesi. Da subito mi è stato chiaro che la sua componente umana unita alla dedizione alla professione la differenziano nettamente dagli altri professionisti. Vivamente consigliata! Ho contattato la Dott. ssa Lunardon tramite mail e subito mi ha risposto alle 22 dandomi appuntamento a brevissimo. Non nego che ero sfiduciata, viste le pesssate esperienze. Subito ha messo a suo agio mia figlia. Abbiamo iniziato la cura consigliataci. Ogni tanto tra un controllo e l'altro le scrivevo e sempre gentilmente e professionalmente mi dava consigli. In pochi mesi mia figlia non aveva nemmeno un brufolo. Ora è rinata anche psicologicamente. La dottoressa le consigliava addirittura il trucco. Che dire... Il tipico esempio di grande professionalità che si sposa con umanità e disponibilità, virtù che non sempre si trovano. Grazie infinite dottoressa. My teenage daughter was desperate. Dopo 3 dermatologi diversi e tante creme e pomate senza ottenere resultati, finalmente la dottoressa Luisa é riuscita a curare una dermatite che mi affliggeva da più di 8 mesi. Oltre alla professionalità: delicatezza e interesse dimostrato, mi ha fatto scrivere questa recensione, sperando di aiutare a quelli come me che non sanno più chi cercare per risolvere un problema dopo mesi e diversi professionisti. Ovviamente inizierò la cura che mi ha consigliato e vedremo i risultati. Però complessivamente, non posso dare più di 3 stelle, poiché avevo l'appuntamento alle 13.00, ma ho dovuto aspettare 30 minuti. La dottoressa mi ha comunque spiegato il motivo del ritardo, ma nonostante non fosse colpa sua, io ho dovuto lo stesso aspettare 30 minuti in più e sicuramente non è il massimo, considerando che avevo lasciato lavoro mezz'ora prima per essere là in tempo. Come se non bastasse, una volta pagata la prestazione, mi avvio verso e mi richiamano dicendo che avevano sbagliato a darmi la fattura (mi avevano dato quella di un'altra paziente) e quindi sono dovuta tornare indietro dopo che mi ero fatta 2 km di strada a piedi. Il mio giudizio di 3 stelle è riferito alla prestazione nel suo complesso, che ripeto, non è stata il massimo considerando che il costo della visita non è per nulla irrisorio e quindi secondo me si dovrebbe fare più attenzione. Riguardo la Dottoressa non ho nulla di negativo da riportare, poiché appunto come ho specificato all'inizio, è stata veramente competente. My 3-star rating refers to the performance as a whole, which I repeat, was not the best considering that the cost of the visit is by no means insignificant and therefore in my opinion you should be more careful. Regarding the Doctor, I have nothing negative to report, because just as I specified at the beginning, she was really competent.

Lo studio si trova in un poliambulatorio con lo stesso nome, molto curato, profumava a SPA, il personale della segreteria gentile e preparato. Vi lasciò qualche foto dalla sala d’attesa.
