Portato moto per intervento in garanzia, risultato: fatta carburazione non concordata (tra l'altro la moto va peggio di prima, con carburatore che perde benzina...) e trovata sella rotta. Alla prima richiesta non ho battuto ciglia ed ho pagato (Signori si nasce) ma all'evidenza della sella rotta hanno avuto il coraggio di mettere in dubbio la mia parola, senza ipotizzare nemmeno lontanamente che potrebbero essere stati loro inavvertitamente: mi hanno dato del bugiardo....Datemi retta, non correte il rischio di essere insultati e rivolgetevi altrove! J	Joao Francisco Dal Prà on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ portato oggi il mio Kymco People s150 acquistato lo scorso anno per un problema ai freni...cigolavano in frenata,nonostante non avessi appuntamento ma solo telefonato ci ha guardato subito...molto disponibile e affabile...smontate le plastiglie e controllate,rabbocco olio e pressione gomme...non ha voluto nulla. Sicuramente ci tornerò per i tagliandi anche se sono 20km da casa. Ho portato una vespa special per revisione e qualche contatto da risolvere nell' impianto elettrico se ne sono venuti dopo 25 giorni con 462 euro di fattura senza avvisare!! Sollecitati piú volte durante i 25 giorni hanno sempre risposto vagamente e per dei problemini srisolvibili in poco tempo ci hanno impiegato 5 ore di manodopera!!! Senza considerare il graffio gratuito fatto su un lato della vespa!! Non andateci, il mestiere non é il loro! Stay away from us !! Invece di sostituirla in garanzia che evidentemente a loro non portava nessun guadagno, si sono inventati i morsetti della batteria ossidati da pulire e mi hanno addirittura messo kg.1,25 di olio mancante (????) per una spesa di 88 euro. A distanza di 10 giorni sono di nuovo a piedi con la batteria e ho dovuto chiamare il carro attrezzi un'altra volta. Dishonest to avoid.
