Sehr nettes Team. Ich hatte versehentlich einen falschen Termin für eine Vespa 300 gebucht (hatte nicht gemerkt, dass diese bereits für 14 Tage ausgebucht war). Ich konnte problemlos auf den gewünschten Termin umbuchen, habe dann eben einen Brera 300 bekommen und die Differenz erstattet bekommen.
Der Roller war neuwertig, Übergabe und Erklärung war einwandfrei. Auch die Helme waren neuwertig und wurden nach Benutzung nicht direkt wieder an die Wand gehängt (sondern vermutlich erstmal desinfiziert/gereinigt).
Super Service, ich würde dort immer wieder buchen.

Very nice team. I had accidentally booked the wrong appointment for a Vespa 300 (hadn't noticed that it had already been booked for 14 days). I was able to rebook to the desired date without any problems, then just got a Brera 300 and got the difference reimbursed.
The scooter was as good as new, delivery and explanation was flawless. The helmets were also as good as new and were not hung directly on the wall again after use (but probably disinfected / cleaned first).
Great service, I would book there again and again.

We rented 5 scooters from this location under the assumption that it is for 24 hours. We returned them the next day and they said we're late and apparently, we were supposed to return them by 7 pm on same day. After some nice conversation, the gentleman at this location helped us to clear the issue and didn't charge us extra for the miscommunication.
Their prices are fair, service was excellent, motorcycles were clean and ran well, they provided helmet and gloves.
I would definitely rent from them again.
