★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stavo per fare la polizza molto conveniente ma recandomi in un ufficio convenzionato con loro mi hanno detto che non potevano risalire al preventivo da me salvato. Mi hanno rifatto il preventivo il totale è raddoppiato di 5 volte!!!!!. Ho rifatto il preventivo on line di nuovo polizza nuovamente conveniente , ma entrando nell' aerea riservata con username e password ( creata da loro) dei 2 preventivi non vi è traccia. Mi salvo in extremis. Non mi sono mai fidato dei siti privi di un contatto telefonico, parlo di tutti ovviamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una truffa. Ho pagato il preventivo calcolato tramite Facile.it e dopo 3 settimane ancora non ho ricevuto i documenti da firmare. Non riesco a mettermi in contatto un operatore, non rispondono alle email, non rispondono alle PEC. Ora mi ritrovo con l'assicurazione scaduta e non so come fare.
A fraud. I paid the estimate calculated through Facile.it and after 3 weeks I still haven't received the documents to sign. I can't get in touch with an operator, they don't respond to emails, they don't respond to certified e-mails. Now I find myself with the insurance expired and I don't know how to do it.

Oltre all'assicurazione semi inesistente, fingono di non aver ricevuto mai la pec di disdetta e sono riusciti a farmi pagare, dopo sollecito telefonico e lettera di minaccia, una annualita non dovuta per il box satellitare. Inoltre inviano risposte via pec ai limiti della decenza

Il numero a pagamento 895 dice che è valido solo per sottoscrivere polizze (e poi ti sbattono il telefono in faccia). Da evitare, non vedo l'ora che scada per passare altrove

Ho venduto la moto e quando ho chiesto rimborso del premio mi vogliono rimborsare solo rc e non garanzie aggiuntive. Dicono che è scritto nel set informativo ma non è esplicito. Vergognosi. Scriverò all istituto di vigilanza assicurazioni per farli chiudere.
Bad to avoid. There is no telephone contact and therefore you are left to yourself! I sold the bike and when I asked for a refund of the premium they want to reimburse me only for rc and no additional guarantees. They say it is written in the information set but it is not explicit. Se tutto va a buon fine e non si hanno problemi, è un'assicurazione come tante, sono stato assicurato con loro per 2 anni. Quando ho duvuto fare una modifica alla classe di merito, si sono subito intascati i soldi e poi ne hanno voluti altri per annullare il preventivo. Certo non ho letto le 14 mila pagine di contratto ed ho sbagliato io. Ma spero nel mio piccolo di dare evidenza della vostra professionalità.
Ah senza contare che non si può parlare al telefono con nessuno, se non spendendo una follia tramite numero a pagamento.
