★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cafe gets is prices greatly increased due to the proximity to the basilica, however the price is not worth the quality. We ordered a tiramisu and I can say is was probably the most expensive and disgusting tiramisu I've tested in Italy. The service is friendly but doesn't know some of the entries of the menu. She had to ask for help with we asked a question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee at Caffe Le Gracie. Iced coffee, like a sundae! Absolutely delicious. A special treat in the heatwave just before viewing Leonardo’s Last Supper across the road. Nice cafe. Good seating too.

The main dish was a bit pricey but worthy because there are not many places to eat around here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased coffee & soft drinks from this café, sat down inside and were told we could not sit down, as we would need to pay more to be able to sit down. Lots of available tables - there was only one person in the café. Owner was very rude to customers and employees as well. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to eat gelato inside (it was really cold outside), but we wanted in in cones, not in glass. They said it was only to take away and if we want to eat inside we need to buy an ice cream in glass. They had multiple free tables and we wanted to order something to drink and were not served for wanting a waggle cone. Perfect, thanks
