★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato da moto maxi questa settimana per vedere di poter comprare una moto nuova.Cosi è stato, devo dire che è stato un piacere contrattare con Guido l'aquisto della mia Africa Twin 1100, concordando anche il ritiro della mia regina 750 rd04 tanto amata. Persona molto cordiale e disponibile sembrava di essere tra vecchi amici, disponibile sempre ad informarmi su ogni mio quesito. Questo non succede in alcune concessionarie pertanto ringrazio Guido e compagni e nell'attesa della consegna auguro loro buon lavoro e dico loro non cambiate mai rimanete sempre così in gamba.
 I was on a maxi bike this week to see that I could buy a new bike. So it was, I must say that it was a pleasure to negotiate the purchase of my Africa Twin 1100 with Guido, also agreeing to the withdrawal of my beloved queen 750 rd04 . Very friendly and helpful person seemed to be among old friends, always available to inform me on any of my questions. This does not happen in some dealerships therefore I thank Guido and companions and while waiting for the delivery I wish them good work and I tell them never change you always stay so smart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho un Africa Twin '18 e tempo fa ho visto che questa officina era "autorizzata" sul sito Honda. Essendo comoda per me ho iniziato ad andare per tagliandi, consigli ed altro. Personale disponibile e competente. Giusto ieri ho ritirato la sella fornitami da Honda in garanzia (grazie al loro intervento tramite Filippo).
PS: Certa gente prima di trarre conclusioni sugli "altri" dovrebbe farsi un "proprio" esame di coscienza e atteggiarsi forse con un pò più di umiltà, dato che il caso "sfortunato" può succedere anche nelle migliori famiglie...
I have an Africa Twin '18 and some time ago I saw that this workshop was "authorized" on the Honda website. Being comfortable for me I started going for coupons, tips and more. Helpful and competent staff. Just yesterday I picked up the saddle supplied by Honda under warranty (thanks to their intervention through Filippo).
PS: Before drawing conclusions about "others", some people should make an "own" examination of conscience and pose perhaps a little more humility, since the "unfortunate" case can happen even in the best families ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo bucato l'anteriore della moto e ci siamo recati lì alle 11:45 per riparazione.
Hanno gentilmente deciso di aiutarci posticipando l'orario di chiusura fino alle 12:30 per cambiarci la camera d'aria e controllare velocemente la moto.
We punctured the front of the bike and went there at 11:45 am for repair.
They kindly decided to help us by postponing the closing time until 12:30 to change the inner tube and quickly check the bike.

I titolari sono sempre disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi problema e dubbio, le tempistiche sono state rispettate e il prezzo è stato nettamente inferiore alla concorrenza. Sono veramente molto contenta e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.
I took my cbr to have the service done and I must say that I was more than satisfied. The owners are always available to solve any problems and doubts, the deadlines were met and the price was significantly lower than the competition. I am really very happy and I highly recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motomaxi soprannominato "due calzini" per il buon gusto del titolare di vestirsi con bermuda, sandali e calzini lunghi bianchi; ma questo non è il problema. Ho acquistato da loro una moto nuova, senza provarla perché quando arrivava il momento c'era sempre una scusa per non poterlo fare. Mi hanno dato così poca affidabilità che ho commissionato l'acquisto ad un meccanico esterno e da loro non sono più tornata.
Motomaxi nicknamed "two socks" for the owner's good taste in dressing up with Bermuda shorts, sandals and long white socks; but that's not the problem. I bought a new bike from them, without trying it because when the time came there was always an excuse not to be able to do it. They gave me so little reliability that I commissioned the purchase to an external mechanic and I never came back to them.
