Sono stato un loro cliente per parecchi anni , pagamenti regolari e sempre in contanti e mai con ritardi.
Ho speso parecchi millini nella loro concessionaria, ma nonostante ciò mi sono trovato di fronte una persona super maleducata, il dipendente (Riccardo), che pensa di essere il titolare della azienda trattando con maleducazione la clientela della moto service.
A mio parere non sa cosa significa lavorare con una clientela, non ha modi e tra l'altro non sa lavorare , facendo certe gaf allucinanti.
Mi dispiace che per colpa sua il titolare (Michele) ha perso me come cliente .
Per il resto sia Michele il titolare che Luigi il meccanico sono persone fantastiche.

I spent several millennia in their dealership, but despite this I found myself faced with a super rude person, the employee (Riccardo), who thinks he is the owner of the company by treating motorcycle service customers with rudeness.
In my opinion he does not know what it means to work with a clientele, he has no ways and among other things he does not know how to work, making certain hallucinating gafs.
I'm sorry that the owner (Michele) lost me as a customer because of him.
For the rest, both Michele the owner and Luigi the mechanic are fantastic people.
