★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato in assistenza smartphone Samsung galaxy A50 che non ricaricava più batteria . In 2 giorni riparato in garanzia. Veloci e professionali , unica pecca non rispondono quasi mai al telefono e il sito non da informazioni sullo stato della riparazione( a riparazione avvenuta inviano SMS telefono). Inoltre accettazione lenta con una sola persona...se migliorassero questi aspetti di assistenza alla clientela sarebbe da 5 stelle...
Samsung galaxy A50 smartphone that no longer recharged battery was brought into service. In 2 days repaired under warranty. Fast and professional, the only flaw they almost never answer the phone and the site does not give information on the status of the repair (after the repair they send SMS to the phone). Also slow acceptance with one person ... if they improve these aspects of customer care it would be 5 stars ...

The staff were very nice, but the problem of my phone still under warranty and therefore, in free assistance, was not solved at all. Unfortunately!
