Ho acquistato uno scooter a distanza ed il giorno dopo me l’hanno portato sotto casa ad un prezzo super conveniente! Sin dalla prima telefonata ho avuto la massima disponibilità! C’è poco da aggiungere, lo consiglio a tutti! Reliability and courtesy are their strength! I bought a scooter at a distance and the next day they took it home for a super cheap price! La zona officina mi è sembrata piuttosto piccola. L'accoglienza dei clienti non è stata granché, nemmeno hanno risposto al saluto. Informazioni risicate circa le moto esposte. Sembravano tutti indaffarati a fare altro fuorché curare chi magari poteva comprare. Forse ho beccato un momento sbagliato ma questa è la mia esperienza. Peccato. Queste persone mi hanno venduto una moto YBS 125 usata (a 900 euro) che: -Aveva una ruota posteriore per un 50 di cilindrata (illegale su un 125) e non me l'hanno detto. (Infatti è scoppiata per strada mentre portavo dietro una persona) -Un contachilometri diverso rispetto a quello originale (quindi anche il chilometraggio era stato truccato? chi può saperlo) -E ciliegina sulla torta: la forcella si è distrutta dopo pochi mesi di utilizzo facendomi cadere, di nuovo con una persona dietro e rischiando di morire, se fossi stato a velocità più elevate. Niente di tutto questo mi era stato detto e quando ho riferito che la gomma montata era illegale mi hanno risposto che dovevo dimostrare che era loro la gomma... E che si offrivano di vedere la moto (chissà se ripararla!) a Capurso. Ma se la moto era a terra come facevo a portarcela??? Era loro dovere venire ad Adelfia (dove abitavo) e provvedere a un LORO errore, tra l'altro illegale. Alla fine solo la coppia di ruote nuove mi è costata 180 euro. Data la forcella rotta, la moto l'ho venduta a un nonnulla. Potremmo sperare che non sapessero niente di tutto questo... ma se è così sarebbe irresponsabile vendere moto che non sai essere illegali e pericolose. (Alla faccia dei 30 controlli preliminari!) Se invece lo sapevano, sono criminali. E non vi lamentate delle recensioni negative. Quando non ti interessa se il cliente è soddisfatto, non c'è recensione buona che tenga, potete scrivervi da soli tutte le recensioni positive che volete. These people sold me a used YBS 125 motorcycle (for 900 euros) which: -He had a rear wheel for a 50 displacement (illegal on a 125) and they didn't tell me. (In fact it blew up on the street while I was carrying a person) -A different odometer than the original one (so the mileage was also rigged? Who knows) -And icing on the cake: the fork destroyed after a few months of use causing me to fall, again with a person behind and risking death, if I had been at higher speeds. None of this had been told to me and when I reported that the mounted tire was illegal they replied that I had to prove that it was their tire ... And that they offered to see the bike (who knows if to fix it!) In Capurso. But if the bike was on the ground how could I take it there ??? It was their duty to come to Adelfia (where I lived) and see to their mistake, which was illegal among other things. In the end, the pair of new wheels alone cost me 180 euros. Given the broken fork, I sold the bike for nothing. We could hope they didn't know any of this ... but if so it would be irresponsible to sell bikes you don't know are illegal and dangerous. (So much for the 30 preliminary checks!) If they did, they are criminals. And don't complain about the bad reviews. When you don't care if the customer is satisfied, there is no good review, you can write yourself all the positive reviews you want.
s	sante giannone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato due moto da questo rivenditore e posso dire di essere assolutamente soddisfatto non avendo avuto ad oggi mai un problema, inoltre c’è buona scelta, prezzi concorrenziali e buona valutazione dell’usato. Da loro effettuo anche i tagliandi pur non avendo una Honda (è officina autorizzata) e i prezzi sono assolutamente onesti. Personale disponibile e competente. Mi sorprendo di alcune recensioni negative, ma per quanto è la mia esperienza con loro, posso solo consigliarli. I purchased two motorcycles from this dealer and I can say that I am absolutely satisfied having never had a problem to date. There is also a good choice, competitive prices and a good second-hand evaluation. I also carry out the coupons from them even though I don't have a Honda (it is an authorized workshop) and the prices are absolutely honest. Helpful and competent staff. I am surprised at some negative reviews, but as far as my experience is with them, I can only recommend them.

Il tutto ovviamente sempre legato allo staff molto competente che ti segue passo passo in particolare Mimmo; molto capace di consigliare al meglio ciò che fa al caso vostro per poi passare reparto officina, bravissimi anche i due meccanici, riescono davvero a risolvere anche la minima vibrazione. Possibilità di finanziamento con rate personalizzate, anche li personale molto attento e competente. Passando ai prezzi, e per le 3 moto acquistate da loro direi che sono molto competitivi.
