★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice restaurant in Passignano. It is on in the lakeside and serves lots of fresh fish. Probably one of the best spaghetti volgole I havr had in a long time.

It definitely can be very good. Don't get confused by the name or the colorful lighting inside. Morgan's is doing classical Italian seafood in an excellent way with very reasonable prices.
It's family run andif you give them some time, that's a serious business not a Burger King drive in.
We had plate of raw (crudo) seafood, excellent, some stuff you never had seen before plusmshrimps, oysters, urchin, mussels, razor clams etc. Fantastic spaghetti control as well or the seafood platter for 2 (30 EUR).
Main dish, grilled seafood 12 EUR !!!, top much tomfinish after the starter and grilled octopus 20 EUR for a entire octopus.
Wine between 15 - 30 EUR per bottle.
If you like seafood and be a bit patient that's your place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a large group of 17 people with reservations made 8 hours in advance. Everything went well with getting us seated with a great lakeside view. We only had one waiter who tried the best he could, but forgot some drink reorders once food was also being served. Overall the quality was very good but some items like grilled shrimp were nothing like moderately well travelled Americans expected. Prices were reasonable, good food quality with only some exceptions but a few glitches overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guests from Massachusetts chose this place. (I live in this town and wouldn’t hv gone there since it changed hands.) Employees are obsequious but not genuine. Lighting is horrible, and too bright — guests commented that it’s “like a Chinese restaurant in the States.” The decore is ugly. Food is good, standard fare, not exceptional. Menu is too long, tells me they’re trying to please everyone instead of showcasing a few brilliant dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While summer the air-conditioning wasn't strong enough. It was so hot inside the restaurant. I was fairly disappointed as my expectations exceeded reality about the food. It was rather basic. Risotto was dry and all-in-one-piece. The savory taste of tomato souse dominated over everything. Definitely that food was not bad, though it wasn't excellent. Freshly cooked and beautifully served. The staff was friendly enough
