★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delightful trattoria. Wonderful service, very pleasant surroundings. One block inland from main lakeshore street, allows for a less frenetic atmosphere in which to enjoy the excellent food. The dishes are well presented, and loaded with flavor. Ask for the fresh fish of the day, you won 't go wrong. I started with zucchini flowers stuffed with shrimp..yum! My husband had the sauteed mussels and clams, followed by the taglioni with polpo and gamberi wrapped with bacon. I had the pistachio crusted bronzino, all excellent. Dessert was heavenly . We will definitely return the next time we are in Passignano sul Trasimeno.

The chef is a culinary genius, combining flavors never imagined with local fresh products. We were treated as part of the family and plan to definitely come back!
