★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza spiacevole… telefono per un appuntamento e lo fissano per le 12 e 10. Arrivo in orario e. La commessa scocciatisdina mi dice che chiudono alle 12 e 30, c’è è tardi e che non si può fare nulla che è complesso è che ci vuole tempo …. Diciamo che non hanno voglia di lavorare e non sono ben coordinati.
 Unpleasant experience… I phone for an appointment and they schedule it for 12-10. Arrive on time and. The scocciatisdina saleswoman tells me that they close at 12:30, it's late and that nothing can be done which is complex and it takes time .... Let's say they don't want to work and aren't well coordinated.

Chiara,decisa ,grande ascoltatrice e alla fine in grado come pochi di COMPRENDERE IL VERO PROBLEMA DEL CLIENTE e suggerire in modo altamente empatico una soluzione adeguata. Sono davvero convinto di aver fatto un ottimo acquisto nel posto giusto tra una giungla di milioni di altri nomi e offerte.
Riceve in negozio solo su appuntamento che potete prenotare tramite il sito...onde potervi dedicare il tempo necessario per provare!!!!! I letti e materassi.....e rispondere a tutte le domande eventuali con grande preparazione professionale....STRA CONSIGLIOOOOO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati nell'ennesimo negozio, cercando recensioni su Google ci siamo imbattuti nello showroom di Morfeo in porta Romana.
Ci ha accolto Susanna persona gentile, empatica e ci ha spiegato tutte le differenze dei vari materassi e come una persona lo debba scegliere e non solo per la fascia prezzo.
Devo dire che ero partita da una cifra completamente diversa ma constatando che bene o male i prezzi erano quelli e stufi di continuare a girare dopo 4 negozi ci siamo innamorati di un loro prodotto grazie a Susanna che è stata molto paziente e non ha insistito sul comprare il più caro ma ci ha tolto tutte le perplessità e abbiamo investito sulla nostra salute che spesso viene dimenticata, non vediamo l'ora che arrivi per poter rilasciare una recensione sul prodotto.

Susanna welcomed us, a kind, empathetic person and explained all the differences between the various mattresses and how a person should choose them and not just for the price range.
I must say that I started from a completely different figure but realizing that the prices were those for good or bad and tired of continuing to browse after 4 shops we fell in love with one of their products thanks to Susanna who was very patient and did not insist on buying. the most expensive but it has removed all our doubts and we have invested in our health which is often forgotten, we can't wait for it to arrive to be able to release a review on the product.
