Worst place to visit in Italy, i love the country, but really this place sucks, never visit this place please, in the lobby people were racist AND not interest in help with questions, basic and simple food for an all inclusive, they charged for the towels, thermale water smells bad like no clean in years. If you want a better thermale AND More fine go to Slovenia

Great, relaxing experience; was worth the price of their slow-season special offer—€134/person per night which included "half-board" (breakfast buffet, and 3-course dinner with mineral water and bottle of wine), 50min massage, and access to their pools (heated by a natural hot spring), sauna, and fitness room. The only trouble my partner and I encountered was not all employees were aware of the special offer, so we had to explain a few times that we shouldn't be charged for the above services/facilities. Save yourself €3 and bring your own swim cap!

I have certain dietary health requirements and emailed ahead asking if they could accommodate me. They responded very quickly to my email and said they could. When I sat down to dinner on the first night they had a note I was gluten free and went through the menu with me. Excellent customer service and beautiful food to go with it! Couldn't ask for more.

Nice hotel. Half-board is pricey but decent. Bathrooms are tiny, but hey -- it is Europe. Place is known for its spa. My wife and I were probably the youngest people here (at 35). Very close to Eugene Terms Montegrotto. A 40min rail to Venezia.

My stay at Hotel Mioni Royal San was not that great. Most of the staff are pleasant until you have a problem with something and then the attitudes appears. They have some rude staff. are required to pay your half board upon check-in. We, my daughter and I had to pay $700 half-board which was supposed to include breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was average but acceptable. Breakfast buffet included pastries,(most hard and dried out), cheese eggs(delicious), fruit( delicious), deli meats(were ok), bacon(under cooked and greasy), coffee and other cold breakfast items. Breakfast buffet was definitely doable. Now dinner is another story. Dinner was only cold items ( most were unrecognizable) and desserts. If you wanted a hot meal you had to pay an additional $28 per person over top of the $700 half board that you already paid that was supposed to include dinner. We were very upset about this because there really wasn't anything that we wanted or desired to eat on their cold buffet except for the fruit and desserts and salad. I have never heard of dinner being only cold items. They're half board is definitely a rip-off and they deceive you by calling it β€œdinner” when they should just call it appetizers. The appetizers we did try we’re not good at all, as a matter of fact they were actually disgusting. We directly went to the front desk the first night for dinner and asked them could we only do breakfast half-board but they insisted the dinner half board was mandatory so we could not get a portion of our money back and we could not get any decent food unless we paid an additional $28 per meal. Unacceptable!! We refused to give them another dollar after we've already paid so much for dinner so we ate out at other establishments everyday and only came back for dinner to eat the fruit and dessert. Everything is a extra fee so be careful of a lot of hidden charges. They nitpick on things such as eating in your room. Although they offer room service when we asked could we heat up food we had bought when we went out earlier they informed that we were NOT ALLOWED to eat in our room. Just nonsense….especially since they provide room service. Then we were informed while in the pool that we could not enter the pool without swim caps and that we needed to go to the gift shop to purchase some. I have long locks that was pulled up into a bun not touching the water but they insisted that I purchase a swim cap. I explained that I wasn't going to get my hair wet and that my hair would not fit in a swim cap so they still insisted I get out the water until I cover my hair. Other people had on swim caps with their hair hanging out of the swim caps into the water and they weren't told to get out of the water. We are RCI members and I booked a room that sleeps 3. We let them know that only two people would be traveling so we would only be charged half-board for 2 so upon arrival they had changed our room accommodations to only sleep 2 even though I had reserved a room for 3 using MY RCI points. I just figured we would have extra space since only 2 were coming. Entering our room I realized it was a room for 2 and that they had given us the wrong room. They said if I got a room for 3 like I had reserved that I would have to purchase an additional half-board for a person that does not exist. The beds are also very small. Two of the beds were pushed together to make a full size bed. The beds were comfortable but no space to roll over or stretch out. The one positive thing was the train station next door. That was the main reason I picked this hotel…. but I would recommend you find another hotel in the same area of the train station. We were going to have spa treatments but because of the lack of customer service and the food we decided to keep our money and go somewhere else for spa treatments. Overall, Italy was a great stay is long as you stayed AWAY from Hotel Mioni. We will never travel back to this hotel but I'm sure they don't want us there anyway so it works out both ways. We are used to much better and friendlier accommodations anyway.

Not a place to stay for more than 3 nights, if you are looking to do a lot of touring. You will have to pay a half board, if you are there for breakfast and dinner or not. The spa is wonderful. Train station very close and convenient. The noise from the train can be loud at times but not enough to cause any disruption.

The staff was so rude to me. I was a single female solo traveling. It looked friendly and relaxing in the pictures but I had to pay to use the sauna and hot tubs. They were rude to me when getting food and nobody speaker English, they were mad at me for not speaking Italian. It was mostly seniors. I ended up just using it as a place to leave my thinks while I got on a train and visited other places. The food wasn’t great either.

We stayed Easter weekend. It was quite pricey. The food was wonderful. The thermal pools are large but there aren’t many areas to sit and get a water massage but you can book a massage at an average massage rate for the area. Water yoga was great. We really enjoyed that. The room was nice except for the 4;00am delivery and train station noise.
