★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergogna legalizzata : call center inesistente ( non rispondono e ti chiedono di lasciare un recapito per essere ricontattati) personale di sportello maleducato e non professionale ( “non è un mio problema “ non è una risposta da dare all’utente) . Servizio raccolta ingombranti RIDICOLA!!! Questi lucrano sulle bonifiche e non sui servizi al cittadino .
Shame legalized: call center nonexistent (not respond and they ask you to leave a forwarding address to be contacted) Rude counter staff and unprofessional ( "it's not my problem" is not an answer to give to the user). Bulky collection service RIDICOLA !!! These profit on the reclamations and not on the services to the citizen.
