★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect any kind of customer service. When I enquired WHERE I could purchase one of the products they have on their website, I got this response:
"we do not keep stock and manufacture against order, we do not supply small batches or spare parts".
Good luck designing in a part from their 'catalog'. Seems they won't supply you directly, or tell you where you can buy their products!
