★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Invitata a colloquio per una sost.maternità in ambito commerciale, il Resp.Risorse Umane in altro stabilimento mi ha sottoposta a colloquio tramite Video e collegamento da PC del Dir.Comm.le e da subito mi sono sentita aggredita verbalmente, oltre al fatto di non averlo mai visto dato che il Video non funzionava. Si avvertiva il suo nervosismo nelle domande diffidenti e aggressive. Non sono andata via subito solo per educazione e correttezza nei confronti delle altre due persone dell'azienda presenti. Eppure sono stata invitata a colloquio per una mansione specifica e nn mi sono presentata a sorpresa, cosa che avrebbe potuto fare irritare. La professionalità si vede anche da questo: probabilmente a "pelle" aveva già deciso che la signora sottocritta (come mi ha chiamata piu volte lui) non era di suo gusto, ma nella mia notevole esperienza, altri fanno un colloquio ugualmente cortese per poi scartarti lo stesso senza lasciare questo brutto ricordo. Non comprendo come certe persone ricoprano ruoli di spessore che non gli si addicono, rivoltando la loro giornata negativa su gente che non solo è senza lavoro e si deve sforzare di fare capire chi è in soli 5 minuti di presentazione, ma persone che investono il proprio tempo ed energia per cercare una occupazione che gente come questa ha occupato per anzianità, immagino. Io le farei fare solo la metà dei colloqui che svolgo, per sensibilizzarla all'umiltà. La salute prima di tutto!

His nervousness was felt in suspicious and aggressive questions. I did not leave immediately just for education and fairness towards the other two people of the company present. Yet I was invited to an interview for a specific job and I didn't come by surprise, which could have been irritating. The professionalism can also be seen from this: probably "skin" had already decided that the lady underwritten (as he called me several times) was not to his taste, but in my considerable experience, others have an equally polite interview and then discard you the same without leaving this bad memory. I do not understand how certain people play thick roles that do not suit them, turning their negative day on people who are not only without work and must strive to make it clear who they are in just 5 minutes of presentation, but people who invest their own time and energy to seek employment that people like this have occupied by seniority, I guess. I would only make her do half the interviews that I do, to sensitize her to humility. Health First of all!
