L’edificio ha quindi richiesto un intervento di restauro e un recupero funzionale. Si tratta di un palazzo con pianta a elle che presenta uno stile definito “neo-barocchetto”, una sorta di liberty con alcuni elementi neogotici. La facciata principale, di un certo pregio, si distingue per una serie di bifore in pietra bianca che ne ritmano la lunghezza.
 In the historic center of Catania the nineteenth-century former palace Bank pawnshop St. Agatha was recently purchased by a private company that has decided to turn it into a hotel. The building therefore required restoration work and functional recovery. It is a building with an L-shaped plant with a defined style "neo-baroque", a kind of liberty with some neo-gothic elements. The main facade, of a certain value, is distinguished by a series of white stone mullioned windows that punctuate the length.
