Ho finito per rimetterci i soldi di una caparra che non mi è mai stata restituita dal padrone di casa (della stessa qualità dell'agenzia..), e quando ho fatto notare la cosa, sono spariti in una nuvola di fumo dopo avermi promesso che avrebbero risolto la cosa. Vergogna.
Little professionalism, zero transparency, basic laziness. I ended up losing the money for a deposit that was never returned to me by the landlord (of the same quality as the agency ..), and when I pointed this out, they disappeared in a cloud of smoke after promising me that they would have solved it. Shame.

A partire dalla stesura della proposta di affitto, nonostante gli accordi, non sono mai stato ricontattato e ho dovuto rincorrerli per diverse settimane chiedendo aggiornamenti sullo stato della proposta. La persona che mi ha seguito non ha neanche avuto la cortezza di comunicarmi l'esito.
I had the misfortune of running into this pseudo agency with total lack of professionalism and transparency. Since the drafting of the rental proposal, despite the agreements, I have never been contacted and I had to chase them for several weeks asking for updates on the status of the proposal. The person who followed me did not even have the courage to communicate the outcome.
