E stesso problema si è verificato con i braccioli. I purchased a sofa bed for the living room but I found a poor product quality. after a short time the stretch that holds the fabric opened. And the same problem occurred with the armrests.
C	Clax Vax on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non aver letto le recensioni prima. Se sono quasi tutte negative su tutti i siti ora capisco il perchè. Abbiamo acquistato un divano letto con un materasso in memory da 17 cm (ben sottolineato sul contratto). Dopo aver atteso per la consegna tardiva ci arriva il divano con il materasso da 20 cm anzichè 17...con tutto quello spessore il divano si chiudeva a stento e la seduta ci spingeva verso fuori. Ce lo hanno cambiato (dopo un'accesa discussione col proprietario che anzichè scusarsi dell'errore ci ha malamente consigliato di far dormire le nostre figlie sul materasso imballato perchè quello nuovo non arrivava. Quando finalmente è arrivato ci siamo accorti che non solo non era di 17 cm bensí di 15 cm.....ma oltretutto era di pessima qualità, quando ti sedevi al centro, si alzava ai lati tipo ali! Quando abbiamo parlato col proprietario ci ha detto che ce lo dovevamo far andare bene e che 13/15/17 cm sono tutti uguali, che al limite ci avrebbe ridato quello da 20 cm ma quello da 17 non lo avrebbe nè ordinato nè portato e che se avevamo problemi gli avremmo dovuto mandare una raccomandata. Il risultato è un divano letto nuovo sul quale non ci si può sedere. Ed ha anche aggiunto che se volevamo potevamo ridare il divano indietro per un altro aggiungendo 200€. Una follia!!! Maledico il giorno in cui sono entrata in questo posto desolato, vuoto e che non capisco come faccia a rimanere aperto viste tutte le sole che danno. Mai piú!!! Too bad I haven't read the reviews before. If they are almost all negative on all sites now I understand why. We bought a sofa bed with a 17cm memory mattress (well emphasized on the contract). After waiting for the late delivery we get the sofa with the 20 cm mattress instead of 17 ... with all that thickness the sofa barely closed and the seat pushed us out. They changed it for us (after a heated discussion with the owner who, instead of apologizing for the mistake, badly advised us to let our daughters sleep on the packed mattress because the new one did not arrive. 17 cm but 15 cm ..... but moreover it was of very bad quality, when you sat in the center, it stood up on the sides like wings! When we talked to the owner he told us that we had to make it fit and that 13 / 15/17 cm are all the same, which in the limit would have given us back the 20 cm one but the 17 cm one would have neither ordered nor brought it and that if we had problems we would have had to send him a registered letter. The result is a new sofa bed on which you can't sit. And he also added that if we wanted we could give the sofa back for another € 200. Crazy !!! I curse the day I walked into this desolate, empty place that I don't understand to remain open view all the sun that give. Never again!!!
