M	Marco Tonacci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio furgone Ford Tourneo Custom da loro, chiedendo in anticipo se avrebbero lavato anche il tetto: sorridendo mi ha risposto che era naturale farlo. Dopo circa 40 minuti sono andato a ritirare la macchina ed il tetto era ancora sporco e sulla carrozzeria insistevano delle macchie di grasso. Si sono giustificati dicendo che il grasso non si levava neanche a mano, ma appena gli ho mostrato che con il dito riuscivo a rimuoverlo, ha preso un panno e in pochi secondi l'ha pulito. Per quanto riguarda il tetto, asseriva che si sarebbe potuto graffiare il furgone se si fosse "arrampicato" per pulirlo: magari se si organizzassero con una scaletta, questo si potrebbe evitare. Inoltre affermavano che non gli avevo detto in anticipo di lavare anche il tetto; quando gli ho fatto notare che il tetto faceva parte della macchina, con fare stizzito lo ha lavato. Infine mi ha fatto ritirare il furgone dall'interno dell'autolavaggio, e non fuori come fanno con gli altri clienti, dicendo che con me aveva perso già troppo tempo. Prezzo del "lavaggio" 20 euro. Pessima esperienza! I took my Ford Tourneo Custom van to them, asking in advance if they would wash the roof as well - smiling they said it was natural to do so. After about 40 minutes I went to collect the car and the roof was still dirty and there were grease stains on the bodywork. They justified themselves by saying that the grease could not even be removed by hand, but as soon as I showed him that I could remove it with my finger, he took a cloth and in a few seconds he cleaned it. As for the roof, he claimed that the van could have been scratched if he had "climbed" to clean it: perhaps if they organized themselves with a ladder, this could be avoided. They also claimed that I had not told them in advance to wash the roof as well; when I pointed out that the roof was part of the car, he angrily washed it. Finally he made me collect the van from inside the car wash, and not outside as they do with other customers, saying that he had already wasted too much time with me. Price of the "washing" 20 euros. Bad experience!
