Ho preso un appuntamento con una dipendente (la più giovane) quasi una settimana prima; chiedendo di poter fare un progetto completo per una camera da letto. Una volta presentati puntuali all’appuntamento in un’ora la ragazza ci ha fatto vedere 2 armadi e 2 letti esposti, ha avuto solo il tempo di progettare l’armadio, perché non avendo preso in considerazione il tempo che serviva per la progettazione ha preso un altro appuntamento con un altro cliente. Ha fatto anche una pessima figura chiamando l’altro cliente davanti a noi e chiedendo se poteva posticipare l’appuntamento (naturalmente ricevendo risposta negativa). Una volta congedati con “in mano” solo il progetto dell’armadio, la ragazza dopo qualche giorno mi chiama, chiedendomi quando potevamo prendere un altro appuntamento per completare il progetto della camera...sono rimasta interdetta. Naturalmente non ho confermato un altro appuntamento e devo dire che ho fatto benissimo perché ho trovato un altro negozio di mobili con una qualità superiore a prezzi ragionevoli e gli ho fatto arredare tutta casa.

I made an appointment with an employee (the youngest) almost a week before; asking to be able to do a complete project for a bedroom. Once we arrived on time for the appointment in an hour, the girl showed us 2 wardrobes and 2 beds on display, she only had time to design the wardrobe, because not having taken into consideration the time it took for the design she took another appointment with another customer. He also made a bad impression by calling the other customer in front of us and asking if he could postpone the appointment (naturally receiving a negative answer). Once I was dismissed with only the wardrobe project "in hand", the girl called me after a few days, asking me when we could make another appointment to complete the room project ... I was stunned. Of course I have not confirmed another appointment and I must say that I did very well because I found another furniture store with superior quality at reasonable prices and I had it furnished all over the house.

In particolare ci ha seguito Tiziana alla quale abbiamo chiesto una consulenza sulla progettazione intera del nostro appartamento .
Avevo letto molte recensioni e non nego che alcune di esse mi avevano fatto partire prevenuta.
E’ vero che le persone e i luoghi si vivano con molta soggettivata ma io posso dire di avere trovato una persona disponibile , accurata , professionale , nonché preparata perché ci ha proposto delle soluzioni davvero molto innovative a cui noi non avevamo minimamente pensato .
Non posso che consigliare a chi leggerà la mia recensione di venire assolutamente .
