S	Simona Ibatici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avessi potuto non dare neppure una stella lo avrei fatto.I Prodotti sono carini ma attenzione ai montatori che sono davvero delle persone inaffidabili!!!ci hanno montato la Cameretta dei bimbi in due tempi diversi ed in entrambe le occasioni ci hanno fatto dei danni in casa.La cosa più assurda è che nonostante il danno lo abbiano fatto davanti ai miei occhi,(con tanto di registrazione )sono riusciti a negare senza risarcire ciò che è stato danneggiato. Dei grandi MALEDUCATI !!! Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da Mondo Camerette in quando neppure loro hanno voluto prendersi le proprie responsabilità rimbalzandosi la colpa tra di loro senza risultati.Imparate a fare il vostro lavoro a dovere visto che la gente si affida a voi,cercando di spendere un po’ di più per avere un buon servizio e non per essere presa per i fondelli.VERGOGNA!!!! Mi ha accolto un venditore, poi conversando ho saputo il suo nome, Donio cosi si chiama, una persona molto competente, mi ha consigliato la stanzetta per mia figlia, bellissima e funzionale, io ho deciso di acquistarla. Bravi anche i montatori che nel giro di poco hanno soddisfatto il desiderio di mia figlia. Sono molto contento, oggi consiglio a chiunque di visitare il negozio ottima qualità e ambiente confortevole e professionale. Cercavo una cameretta per mio figlio, mi sono trovata davanti ad un venditore così a modo, disponibile, molto professionale, essendo una cliente molto difficile avevo seri dubbi che sarei riuscita a trovare la cameretta che desideravo. Ma con Donio così il nome del venditore il sogno si è realizzato e la cosa più bella è stata che ha rispettato il mio budget. Puntuale nella consegna, tutto molto bello, mi chiedo quanto è importante avere nei negozi venditori validi e per me Donio è il number one. Lo consiglio a tutti. Una cliente Nadia. Ottima e puntuale anche consegna e montaggio, non è cosa cosi scontata al giorno d oggi. In definitiva andato tutto liscio e senza intoppi pertanto consiglio decisamente di rivolgersi a Mondo Camerette e ad Alessio in particolare per quello che è stata la mia piacevole esperienza. t	tonino romano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odissea infinita….7000 euro per la cameretta per il mio bambino… dopo 2 sopralluoghi fatti dalla ditta per prendere le misure corrette a dicembre 2021 arriva questa benedetta cameretta… L operaio per mettere una mensola buca un muro di nuova fattura non accorgendosi che c’è una porta a scrigno!!!!!!non si sono accorti che essendo sottotetto le ante non si aprivano!!!vabene allo stesso prezzo ci danno un armadio 40 centimetri più basso però devono incastrare la consegna!! E arriviamo a febbraio… vengono a montare L armadio e non hanno né la base neol cappello ne il retro!!! A marzo vengono di nuovo rompono una mensola nuova e i ripiani dell armadio sono di 3 colori differenti in attesa di sostituirli ci lasciano quelli aspettando che li vengono a cambiare!!! E comunque mai più mi recherò da questa ditta(ops dimenticato il cassetto rotto!!!)complimenti siete fantastici An infinite odyssey ... 7000 euros for the bedroom for my child ... after 2 inspections made by the company to take the correct measurements in December 2021 this blessed bedroom arrives ... La disponibilità e la schiettezza di Sabrina Villano ha portato al progetto e alla sua realizzazione con professionalità e accuratezza nei particolari! Un ringraziamento doveroso anche al direttore che si è adoperato per non fare applicare il costo del magazzinaggio, avendo dovuto rimandare la consegna e relativo montaggio per problemi di salute. Sicuramente un'esperienza positiva da consigliare soprattutto quando il buon senso delle persone, in questo caso per lo più ragazzi, che lavorano si unisce alla professionalità! Finito il giro ,io e mia moglie ci eravamo fatti l'idea di come dovesse essere la cameretta di nostro figlio . Quindi il letto con tutti i suoi accessori ed un armadio con scrivania. Chiediamo alle ragazze di poter parlare con un venditore .Ci imbattiamo in "Donio" Gentilissimo e paziente. Praticamente ha trasformato la nostra idea di cameretta. Ci ha consigliato un altro tipo di camera, dove ha messo insieme tutti gli elementi che interessavano a noi. Così facendo sfrutteremo tutta una parete ,e la camera di mio figlio avrà molto più spazio per giocare e sarà molto più luminosa. Molto paziente ...anche perché non eravamo sicuri delle misure, mia moglia ha chiamato mia suocera per prendere le misure, in modo da poter andare avanti con il preventivo.Molto disponibile per quanto riguarda il tipo di pagamento, ci ha offerto un bel ventaglio di scelta. Devo dire che a mio parere sono molto soddisfatto del servizio e del venditore. Ha trasformato la nostra idea, migliorando quello che noi avremmo voluto per nostro figlio. Alfonso ed Anna sono super soddisfatti ????
