Personale gentile e molto disponibile, attento ad ogni necessità del cliente. Consigliatissimo, specialmente a chi è rimasto deluso delle ciofeche vendute dai mercatoni e neanche a buon prezzo.

Il modello è il Katia a 3 posti con Pouff Delfino colore Senape.
Il divano mi è immediatamente piaciuto appena l'ho visto nello show room in quanto unisce la compattezza alla comodità.
Quando il pouff è sotto la seduta del divano risulta molto compatto, mentre quando viene estratto (con un movimento molto fluido, il meccanismo appare molto solido) diventa estremamente comodo per allungare le gambe.
A prescindere dal modello (ce ne sono moltissimi!) vi consiglio Dondi Salotti per la qualità dei materiali che usano e per la cortesia, competenza e pazienza che hanno gli addetti nello show room.
Quest'ultimo è un punto importantissimo perché il divano non deve essere solo bello ma proporzionato all'appartamento e quindi la loro competenza ed esperienza mi ha evitato parecchi errori.
La consegna è avvenuta con puntualità e previa una chiamata di organizzazione per sapere quando mi sarei trovato a casa (comodo per chi come me ha impegni lavorativi).
Il personale che ha eseguito l'installazione è stato veloce e il saldo del pagamento ho potuto farlo comodamente con il loro POS.
Consigliatissimo l'acquisto!
I am very satisfied with the purchase of my sofa!
The model is the 3-seater Katia with Mustard-colored Dolphin Pouff.
I immediately liked the sofa as soon as I saw it in the show room as it combines compactness with comfort.
When the pouff is under the seat of the sofa it is very compact, while when it is extracted (with a very fluid movement, the mechanism appears very solid) it becomes extremely comfortable for lengthening the legs.
Regardless of the model (there are many!) I recommend Dondi Salotti for the quality of the materials they use and for the courtesy, competence and patience that the staff in the show room have.
The latter is a very important point because the sofa must not only be beautiful but proportionate to the apartment and therefore their competence and experience has avoided me many mistakes.
The delivery took place on time and after an organization call to find out when I would be at home (convenient for those like me who have work commitments).
The staff who performed the installation was quick and the balance of the payment I could do it comfortably with their POS.
The purchase is highly recommended!

Claudio, gentilissimo, attento all'ascolto, molto interpretativo delle nostre esigenze che alla fine ha saputo sviluppare il nostro nuovo divano che naturalmente abbiamo acquistato... unica pecca i tempi un po lunghi per la consegna... ma la spesa vale l'attesa... grazie per il caffè e per la vostra socievole professionalità.
Clean, well-lit and comfortable environment, very pet friendly, an excellent sales person, Mr. Claudio, very kind, attentive to listening, very interpretative of our needs who in the end was able to develop our new sofa that we naturally bought .. the only flaw is the somewhat long delivery times ... but the expense is worth the wait ... thanks for the coffee and your friendly professionalism.
