Cercavamo infatti da tempo una soluzione che solo Manola è riuscita a progettare e rendere giusta per i nostri spazi e conforme alle ns. esigenze. Il mobile é arrivato a casa nostra ed è proprio come lo avevamo immaginato: grazie Manola e grazie allo staff di Asta del Mobile Seravalle per aver realizzato per NOI un bellissimo biglietto da visita della nostra casa! Torneremo sicuramente da voi... anche solo per far un saluto. After 2 years of research, finally a shop where hospitality, professionalism, customer care, excellent quality of the material are at home. I felt pampered, designed with style and explanation of each piece. I am very satisfied and now I know where to furnish home thanks again.
I	IVANA ROSA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza. Oggi cercavo un divano letto visto due modelli sono sta attatta da uno ma un po titubante per il prezzo. La commessa mi ha fornito alcune informazioni ma alla mia richiesta di visionare i colori lei mi ha chiesto se lo avrei acquistato io ho detto che ero ancora un po' indecisa allora lei mi ha risposto che non era il caso di vedere i colori se non ero decisa all acquisto e ho dovuto chiederle anche quali colori c erano e lei mi hs detto tanti. Io cspisco tutto ma questo comportamento mi e sembrato veramente poco professionale tra l altro erano in tre e non stavano servendo al cun cliente. Non tornerò mai più in quel negozio....mi dispiace solo per il fivano il mio interesse era vero e se fosse stata brava nel suo lavoro ssrei stata facile da convincere .Mi sono sentita veramente trattata male Bad experience. Io e mio marito ci siamo recati in questo punto vendita ed abbiamo acquistato una cucina, una camera e un divano. Ringraziamo la signora.ra Manola che ha ideato la soluzione giusta per i nostri spazi e tutto lo Staff di Asta del mobile Serravalle che si è mostrato gentile e professionale. Entrando all’asta del mobile io e mia moglie siamo stati accolti gentilmente e hanno subito cercato di capire oltre al motivo i gusti che avevamo. I mobili sia armadi che letti si presentano di buona qualità, le ante sono spesse e pesanti e i cassetti hanno tutti la frizione per rallentare la chiusura. Il letto a contenitore presentava dei pistoni decisamente molto più robusti e funzionali di molti altri letti I started with the idea that I would buy a bedroom in a quality furniture factory compared to many other companies. m	maria luisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono capitata a Serravalle con mia mamma per caso, pochi gg dopo L inaugurazione. Abbiamo trovato un addetto splendido, Pascale, paziente e preparato. Ha capito le nostre esigenze ed ha individuato quello che poteva essere più appropriato, spulciando anche sul catalogo per trovare quello che stavamo cercando. Tutti i mobili (camera con letto a scomparsa, parete per il soggiorno e cucina), sono molto belli e al momento sembrano anche solidi. Mi ha colpito la gentilezza e la disponibilità, anche il responsabile è stato molto accogliente. Non è per nulla scontato. In altri mobilifici vicino a Savona siamo state trattate con sufficienza e distacco (forse non davamo l’impressione di acquirenti motivate?). L’altra sorpresa sono stati i montatori. Dei signori rumeni gentilissimi, preparatissimi, velocissimi e soprattutto uno incredibilmente forzuto (si è portato in spalla da solo la lavastoviglie fino al 3 piano….). Che dire? All the furniture (bedroom with foldaway bed, wall for the living room and kitchen) are very nice and at the moment they also seem solid. I was struck by the kindness and availability, even the manager was very welcoming. It is by no means taken for granted. In other furniture factories near Savona we were treated with disdain and detachment (maybe we didn't give the impression of motivated buyers?). The other surprise was the editors. Very kind Romanian gentlemen, very well prepared, very fast and above all an incredibly strong one (he carried the dishwasher on his back up to the 3rd floor….). What to say? More than positive experience.
