Quello che da più fastidio è il non chiamare, ma scusarsi o più o meno provarci con un semplice messaggio e non a voce. Spero che presto la mia consegna venga effettuata visto che con il pagamento non ci sono stati intoppi. I ordered the room in September, half arrived in December as expected, but the other half, (i.e. all the wardrobes and the bottom of the container bed, so important pieces), still nothing. What bothers you most is not to call, but to apologize or more or less try with a simple message and not verbally. I hope that my delivery will be made soon as there were no problems with the payment.

Sono passati plurimi mesi e l'assistenza è arrivata a distanza di mesi con i pezzi errati. Stiamo ancora attendendo la sistemazione della struttura. Durante il montaggio causato danni agli scalini interni di casa, presentato in accordo con l'azienda le foto e le perizie (alcune centinaia di euro). Ad oggi nessun tipo di soluzione neanche materiale per risarcimento, indifferenza da parte dì Mondo Camerette pur provando molte volte a sollecitare e chiedere spiegazioni. I tempi molto lunghi, ci sono stati 10 giorni di ritardo, quindi sicuramente da migliorare. I montatori Daniel e nicolae di l & r sono stati molto bravi, montata la camera in 3 ore Federico's professionalism and precision, measurements taken very well and the bedroom material discreet. Purtroppo alla consegna c'è stato un problema in una delle due e sia montatori che il rivenditore che ci seguivano si sono subito attivati per aiutarci. La professionalità dimostrata, ma soprattutto l'attenzione che abbiamo ricevuto nel risolvere il problema è stata lodevole, cosa per niente scontata e quindi ancora più apprezzata. Il giudizio finale non può che essere estremamente positivo. We were looking for two beds for our children and after visiting the shop we ordered all the furniture for two rooms. Unfortunately upon delivery there was a problem in one of the two and both the fitters and the dealer who followed us immediately activated to help us. The professionalism shown, but above all the attention we received in solving the problem was commendable, something not taken for granted and therefore even more appreciated. The final judgment can only be extremely positive.

E' arrivata nei tempi previsti e i montatori (Nicolae e Daniel della L&R) sono stati molto preparati, attenti e precisi. Ci hanno anche segnalato dei piccoli difetti su una schiena di un mobile che ci è successivamente stata prontamente sostituita. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è certamente buono. Abbiamo anche avuto un problema (ancora in corso di elaborazione) di misure/progettazione con una scrivania richiudibile. Anche in questo caso il personale è stato attento, disponibile e tempestivo nel rispondere alle nostre email e telefonate. Quindi ottima anche la capacità dell'azienda di rispondere ai problemi (che purtroppo talvolta capitano). The shop is well thought out to entertain young children as you make your choice. We ordered a bridge bedroom for the study. It arrived on schedule and the editors (Nicolae and Daniel from L&R) were very prepared, attentive and precise. They also reported small defects on a back of a piece of furniture which was promptly replaced. The value for money is certainly good. We also had a measurement / design problem (still pending) with a collapsible desk. Again the staff was attentive, helpful and prompt in responding to our emails and phone calls. Therefore, the company's ability to respond to problems is also excellent (which unfortunately sometimes occur).

Avrei dato punteggio pieno se non fosse che, in fase di definizione del contratto ci è stata proposta una soluzione che in realtà non era possibile rispettare. Abbiamo però trovato una soluzione comune e le persone sono state gentili nel proporla. Anche la consegna doveva avvenire di sabato, ma al momento della definizione della data ci è stato detto che il sabato non era possibile. Per questo motivo tre stelle, ma per il resto tutto OK e cameretta funzionale. Una nota di merito ai montatori, Nicolae e Daniel di L&R, che sono stati molto gentili, professionali e disponibili. we have just bought a bedroom to install in our house in the mountains. Alcune imperfezioni sono state subito segnalate in ditta ed è stato posto rimedio.
