Non siamo riusciti a concludere niente perché nessuno ci ha serviti. I went in and there was a cellphone clerk. we managed to do the whole tour, try sofas and mattresses. We were unable to conclude anything because nobody served us.

In attesa di esporre anche il marchio ILVE , consiglio una visita allo showroom. Professional staff so very prepared. Expo curated with a wide selection of kitchens and furnishings. Waiting to exhibit the ILVE brand, I recommend a visit to the showroom.

NON LO CONSIGLIO A NESSUNO. Pessimi Mobili after 2 years the assembly and the after-sales are crumbling bad for anything you change the whole door of the furniture instead of just the hinge and all against payment because they do not recognize the defect. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Dato che era sprovvisto di chiusura ammortizzata e di spazzole anti-polvere abbiamo concordato (con precisa nota sul contratto) che il prezzo era comprensivo di tali elementi. L'armadio è stato consegnato nei tempi previsti circa 1 mese e mezzo fa, ma senza spazzole antipolvere. Ad oggi, anche dopo richiesta telefonica, non abbiano avuto quello che abbiano pagato. I ordered a six-door wardrobe 4 months ago, agreeing on price and features. Since it did not have an amortized closure and anti-dust brushes, we agreed (with a precise note on the contract) that the price was inclusive of these elements. The wardrobe was delivered on schedule about 1 and a half months ago, but without dust brushes. To date, even after a telephone request, they have not received what they paid for.
E	Emiliano Brugnolli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno mandato dopo 3 mesi una penisola cucina dopo averla portata in 3 per 6 piani ci siamo accorti che mancava tutto per montarla, ho chiamato e mi dicono che è sbagliata e me la devono cambiate... quindi avrei dovuto riportarla giù dalle scale riportarla in negozio e dopo chissà quanti mesi prendere quella nuova e riportarla su per 6 piani.... tutto questo dopo aver comprato da loro un sacco di cose..... molto deluso, visto che hanno sbagliato loro potevano mandare loro qualcuno ...ho dovuto tenermela acquistare io pezzi per metterla insieme....MAI PIÙ...........NE IO NE NESSUNO DELLA MIA FAMIGLIA COMPRERÀ ANCORA IN QUESTO NEGOZIO..... After 3 months they sent me a kitchen peninsula after having brought it in 3 by 6 floors we realized that everything was missing to assemble it, I called and they tell me that it is wrong and they have to change it ... so I would have to bring it back down the stairs to bring it back in the shop and after who knows how many months to take the new one and bring it back up 6 floors .... all this after buying a lot of things from them ..... very disappointed, since they were wrong they could send them someone .. .I had to keep it myself to buy pieces to put it together .... NEVER AGAIN ........... NOR I NONE OF MY FAMILY WILL BUY IN THIS STORE AGAIN .....
