Ho fornito ampie informazioni perché del settore e con le idee chiare; dopo un sopralluogo nella mia abitazione e passati oltre 2 mesi, non si fa trovare e non richiama. Capisco che possa essere stato impegnato con lavori più importanti ma una telefonata per non lasciare il cliente in un'attesa inutile con una perdita di tempo era doverosa. Sorpreso per la mancanza totale di professionalità visto anche il tipo di negozio e i marchi in esposizione.
We contacted the owner for the construction of a Rimadesio internal sliding door. I have provided ample information because of the sector and with clear ideas; after an inspection in my home and more than 2 months passed, he cannot be found and does not call back. I understand that he may have been busy with more important jobs but a phone call to not leave the customer in a useless wait with a waste of time was a must. Surprised by the total lack of professionalism also given the type of shop and the brands on display.
