★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come accettazione sono un disastro. Scortesi ,nervosi, e mal disposti . Vedo che non sono il primo a pensarla cosi' ,ma effettivamente ad ogni domanda che gli fai ti rispondono sempre in malo modo .
Chi scrive non ha' nessun problema, al contrario di chi risponde vedo .....mettici un sorriso quando un cliente chiede, non partire con una lamentela e una torronata di quanti clienti hai ,o di quante macchine hai da fare parcheggiate dall' altro lato della strada (in divieto tra l' altro) , qua' come dal vivo al cliente non interessano le menate !!!

The writer has no 'problem, unlike the respondents I see ..... put a smile when a customer asks, do not start with a complaint and a torronata of how many customers you have, or how many cars you have to do parked by other side of the road (forbidden by the way), as the customer does not care about the menate !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato presso questa azienda numero 4 Cerchi da 20 poillici fondmetal completi con 4 gomme Michelin Pilot Sport 4s per una Bmw serie 4.Ho trovato il titolare una persona estremamente corretta e disponibile nonché professionale. Nonostante siano concessionari Dunlop mi ha confermato l'estremo valore delle Michelin Pilot 4S (cosa non da tutti ) dato che la mia preferenza era per quelle gomme. Si è dato un bel da fare per trovarmi il miglior prezzo possibile e mi ha formulato un preventivo competitivo ed in linea con le mie aspettative. I " ragazzi" hanno preparato le gomme montate sui cerchi hanno montato il tutto con passione e dedizione e con estrema competenza e professionalità. Potrei dare un 6 stelle se ci fossero davvero bravi competenti e gentili e soprattutto ,mantengono ciò che promettono quindi test superato a pieni voti. Logistica ben curata e pulita che evidenzia la cura con cui trattano la tua auto .Posto super . Consigliato.

I bought from this company number 4 20-inch fondmetal rims complete with 4 Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tires for a Bmw 4 series. I found the owner an extremely correct and helpful person as well as professional. Although they are Dunlop dealers, they confirmed the extreme value of the Michelin Pilot 4S (which not everyone does) since my preference was for those tires. He worked hard to find me the best possible price and formulated a competitive quote in line with my expectations. The "guys" prepared the tires mounted on the rims and mounted everything with passion and dedication and with extreme competence and professionalism. I could give it a 6 stars if there were really good, competent and kind and above all, they keep what they promise so test passed with flying colors. Well maintained and clean logistics that highlights the care with which they treat your car. Super seat. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio impeccabile. Ho preso appuntamento per montare le gomme invernali, il tempo di sfogliare (neanche leggere) mezzo quotidiano ed avevano già cambiato tutti e quattro gli pneumatici.
Mi hanno dato gli pneumatici che montavo prima in 4 comode buste per conservarli a casa durante l'inverno.
Quando la professionalità fa la differenza.

Ho acquistato l'auto in agosto, un usato con pochi km ed ero convinto di avere delle gomme estive.
Le gomme che avevo montate sono quasi nuove.
Lui ha fatto l'indiano e me le ha sostituite lo stesso.
La cosa grave è che al ritiro non mi sono trovato le mie gomme in macchina.
Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni il suo tecnico mi ha detto che avendo sostituito delle gomme invernali a novembre, pensava che non le volessi più, inoltre visto che erano del 2017 avrei fatto fatica a venderle e tra due anni avrebbero avuto 6 anni di vita ??? insomma, hanno cercato di fregarmi due volte.
Sicuramente sprovveduto io... ma loro...
Ovviamente (inutile scriverlo) non tornerò mai più
