★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per un'emergenza in quanto avevo una gomma molto Rovinata, senza appuntamento, dopo un'accoglienza un po' fredda mi è stato detto che da lì a 30 minuti potevano aiutarmi, sono ripassato e mi hanno detto che non potevano aiutarmi perché nel frattempo erano arrivate molte macchine.
Non mi sembra molto corretto.
Sono andato da un altro gommista che mi hanno risolto il problema e fatto un preventivo per le gomme invernali che probabilmente acquisterò.
Credo che la comunicazione e la disponibilità siano elementi essenziali non basta che i prezzi siano buoni e che siano in grado di fare il lavoro, personalmente mi aspetto di più anche perché i soldi che vengono spesi sono tanti.
 I went for an emergency as I had a very damaged tire, without an appointment, after a slightly cold reception I was told that in 30 minutes they could help me, I came back and they told me that they could not help me because in the in the meantime many cars had arrived.
It doesn't seem very correct to me.
I went to another tire dealer who solved my problem and made a quote for the winter tires that I will probably buy.
I believe that communication and availability are essential elements it is not enough that the prices are good and that they are able to do the job, personally I expect more also because the money that is spent is a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai vista tanta cura nel cambiare degli pneumatici, oltre al fatto che al momento del cambio pneumatici eseguono dei controlli gratuiti sui livelli olio, sugli pneumatici che smontano, sui freni e sugli ammortizzatori. Bravi!
