★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assortimento che ha qualche falla su più fronti, ma il negozio è piuttosto comodo da raggiungere e ha un responsabile molto cortese e disponibile. Due pregi non così diffusi nelle librerie.
An assortment that has a few flaws on several fronts, but the shop is quite easy to reach and has a very courteous and helpful manager. Two qualities not so common in bookstores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare assolutamente, ho preferito fare acquisti in un negozio fisico piuttosto che acquistare on line, quindi mi sono recata a seregno , notare che siamo in piena pandemia non sempre si puo' uscire dal comune, nulla insomma.. il libro che ho acquistato per regalo ( che ho dato il 31/12) é risultato doppio , oggi 4 gennaio 2021 mi reco per cambiare il libro , mi dicono che non puo' essere cambiato , perche i magazzini hanno chiuso il 31.12 , quindi i i libri acquistati prima di natale andavo cambiati entro il 31,(colpa mia che non ho chiesto eh...) ho elegantemente fatto notare che eravamo in zona rossa/arancione quindi essendo di un'altro comune non potevo recarmo a fare il cambio, forse é il caso di essere piu elestici quest'anno, oltre che da che mondo é mondo si ha sempre 1 mese per il cambio! Per non parlare del fatto che si tratta di un libro uscito da 1 mese che avrebbero subito rivenduto! Cliente persa , sono sicura che a fare acquisti on line mi trovero' bene
To be avoided absolutely, I preferred to shop in a physical store rather than buy online, so I went to Seregno, note that we are in full pandemic, it is not always possible to get out of the ordinary, nothing in short ... the book I bought for gift (which I gave on 31/12) was double, today 4 January 2021 I go to change the book, they tell me that it cannot be changed, because the warehouses closed on 31.12, so the books purchased before Christmas I went changed by 31st, (my fault that I did not ask eh ...) I elegantly pointed out that we were in the red / orange zone so being from another municipality I could not go to make the change, perhaps it is the case to be more elestici this year, as well as from what world is the world you always have 1 month for the change! Not to mention the fact that this is a 1 month old book that they would have immediately resold! Lost customer, I'm sure I'll be happy shopping online

Ci passi volentieri anche mezz'ora abbondante tra tutti i libri, gadget e giochi disponibili.
Not very big, but well stocked.
You are also happy to spend half an hour there with all the books, gadgets and games available.
